Pregnacare vitamins
Clearblue Fertility monitor
Mooncup (to hold semen inside you)
Conceive Plus
Pre-conception check up with doctor - lie and tell them you've been ttc for a year even if not (esp if over 35) as you will get the scans/hormone work ups sooner.
Lots of patience

this as your screensaver to rub on a daily basis

these are the renowned fertility statues in Ripleys Believe It or Not museum in teh US. Apparently they also go on tour too, but theres been reported BFP's from rubbing them as a screensaver too!

I'm taking vitamin D and Folic Acid, using conceive plus and ovulation sticks.
Considering going for check up with doctors however think they will just tell me to lose weight (bmi 26) however my waist to height ratio is good so I don't look fat - don't know why I'm so heavy :(
3rd cycle ttc #1 - might fib and tell doctor I've been trying a few more months than that though if I go xx

spaceyboo · 15/11/2015 01:03

Not necessarily Kaytee...my BMI is 30, my GP told me to lose only 1-2kgs to get into the overweight category and even that just to qualify for IVF if needed.

One step opks.

Lying to your doctors is bad and a waste of NHS resources.

Oysterbabe · 15/11/2015 11:15

3rd cycle! 9 months is the average time to conceive according to my doctor. No need to see your gp yet.

CamMc · 15/11/2015 19:08

I use a great tracking app called Clue. I'd add that to the list!
