I'm using progesterone that I had left over from last IVF the one that leaves massive clumps of gunk up your fanjo Not sure what else BH would do - when I had my ectopic (before I knew that's what it was) they just advised to keep on with the progesterone and get an early scan referral from GP. I think that they only take control of pregnancies which result from their treatment, if you see what I mean.

I doubt that the GP would be that useful as I've had no investigations and no prescriptions for RMC.

I agree with keep phone BH imps and see if they will give you any of the nice drugs they were planning for your next ivf cycle.

I have my extra scan booked for Wed am, fingers crossed that whatever they want to look at is fine! Thye won't give me a time for ET until then but it will be friday after 2pm if it happens.

What time is your scan on Friday keep?

X-post that's a shame imps though I suppose I understand why they wouldn't want to get involved. But hopefully your GP could sort out an early scan to rule out Another ectopic. and maybe prescribe more progesterone. your ectopic is documented, even if not with them.

Let me know if you need any more imps, I'd still phone them for advice, worth a shot. What's the earliest epau will scan for ectopic? In Thailand I had one at 5 weeks and you could see the yolk sac so see thongs were in the right place

I am entitled to an early scan at 7 weeks on account of my ectopic - I can either self-refer or get referral from my GP.

I will definitely go and get a progesterone prescription when I run out - I would be surprised if a GP refused that. I still have quite a lot left from previous two treatments though. It does seem like a waste that they give so much prog at the start of a treatment when you don't know whether it will work or not.

If I am still pregnant at 6 weeks I will self-refer for an early scan and go for more prog if I've run out. I will be beyond shocked if I get that far, but you never know do you.

Ps Keep did you often have problems getting your thongs in the wrong place?

I only have drugs up to week 7, if it works apparently some gps will prescribe progesterone and clexane, others won't. I wouldn't mind but this new progesterone is £5 a day! meaning I'm sure nhs will say no

I meant to say loopy that's much easier you not needing multiple scans this month esp with your clinic being so far away. Brooking all these drugs will do the trick

So here, we can clearly see a line on the peestick at the bottom of this photo, peed on today (12DPO) using FMU. Yesterday's peestick is at the top, as you will note.

If we turn our attention now to the Superdrug tests. Today's peestick again appears at the bottom of the photo. There is not much difference in the darkness of the line when compared to yesterday. There are plenty of hypotheses as to why this might be, but no one can be certain. More research is needed.

Ah the digital test, a favourite of scientists everywhere. There can be no question as to the results given here. It is not clear however what HCG levels are used for each period of gestation. Dr Google will inevitably be able to explain this in more detail (why don't they put it on the info leaflets?)

So as we can see, progress is being made in the field of peestick understanding, but there is more work to be done and more funding is needed.

what progesterone are you on this time that's so expensive keep? mine cost about £20 for a weeks worth (I Think its 300mg per day). i don't normally Think about the cost as I just pay the maximum yearly cost in one go and get everything
