Pregnancy symptoms but negative test

I had the implant removed on 16th Sept. Five day period starting 20th Sept.
Have had unprotected sex on three occasions - 26th Sept, 15th and 24th October.
I had a tiny amount of blood last weekend, like hardly noticeable - I am thinking this may have been implantation. Since Monday I've had nausea, exhaustion and feel really bloated. I can also express something from my breasts ( no idea why I tried this!).
However, I have done loads of tests and all come back negative - not even the faintest of lines. Tha most recent being an early detection one today.
My question is really would I be feeling symptoms already and why are tests showing negative?
Plus if I'm not pregnant what on earth is wrong with me?

It's very easy to convince yourself you're pregnant when you've just started TTC. Very VERY easy

Driver that's what I thought, I do have two children already and don't remember feeling anything this early on. But the physical symptoms... Surely I can't be creating those.
