TTC after radiation therapy

I'm 37 yrs old & been TTC for only 2 months.

I had radiation on my upper thigh, near bikini line area for a tumor 2 years ago...been in remission since.

Oncologists said radiation bounced off 1 ovary during radiation therapy.

Doctors said at that time that there was a 95% chance I would start menopause. But I don't think that I have as I still get periods every month.

Doing blood tests next week to check hormone levels.

Has anyone here got pregnant after radiation therapy? Anyone with experience of this?

Yes I did and didn't go into the menopause and now have a beautiful one year old boy!
Trying to concieve again now!

May I ask did you also have the radiotherapy near ovary area too?
