Hot stone massage during 2ww

I was given a hot stone and indian head massage for my birthday recently and was wondering if it is safe to have these during the 2WW? Does anybody know? p.s. I know, so bored of thinking about stuff like this in the endless 2WWs!!

The heat. I thought we are supposed to avoid it. I have never had one before so don't know much about them.

The issue with saunas and hot tubs and so on is that they can raise your core body temperature as you don't sweat off enough of the heat. I've never had a hot stones massage, but I can't imagine the stones would be that hot! And even if they were extremely hot, they still wouldn't raise your core temperature in the same way.

I have scaldingly hot baths and did so several times in the 2ww. A hot stone massage won't be that hot. I'm now 27 weeks.
