I've been reading about these tests as a window to your current state of fertility but I'm nervous to know the answer!
Been tracking BBT and from what I can see I think I'm ovulating every month (only been tracking 3 months so far) and my period is regular but since turning 30 my periods have been lighter and shorter (2-4 days of medium-light rather than 4-5 days of heavy-med-light flow)
Would lighter periods be a sign of menopause or an indication of low fertility?
