Hi,

We have been ttc no1 since coming off microgynon in june. Cycles have varied between 28/43 days and I have hoped they were settling down. Today is cd33 and as no af yet decided to do an internet cheapie opk and hpt to see where i am at this month.
This is the OPK.
Anyone else think it looks positive?
Thanks :)

Looks like it, or certainly heading in the right direction... I'd get down to business for the next few days! Good luck!

thanks lucky star - the post pill cycles are driving me mad as can't predict anything at all!

I'm 12 months post partum and it's much the same ( although I'm not ttc, just awaiting a period or some indication as to wtf is going on!!)

So frustrating! First cycle off pill was 28 days after withdrawal bleed to first proper period i was so happy thought i was one of the lucky ones... Nope cycles are all over the place!

I'd say positive. Get DTD!! I had a 12 weeks from pill to first proper period. Then cycles all over the place, got bfp this month by using OPK!

Nevlet · 18/10/2015 21:45

Congrats on the bfp sanch! Already dtd this am before taking this will make sure we get alot in over next couple days!

Have you looked into the 'sperm meets egg' routine. It's roughly what I did. Could work well.

No we havent luckystar we have tried to be superlaid back but after a few months of such random cycles feel need to be more proactive. Tell me more!

Hmm I can't 100% remember and I'm terrible at links...! But, I'm almost sure you start opk from day 8 of cycle and dtd every other day until a positive opk then dtd for the next 5 (?) days in a row (I can't remember that bit, maybe look it up!)

I started off laid back too, then got bfp, then had a mmc at 11 weeks, then didn't get af for another 8 weeks, then got super not laid back!!!! I was like a demon. DS is 1 tomorrow Shock so it all worked out in the end.

Thanks I will do some research! Feel strangley like af is on the way today am very crampy ??

Hmm could it be ov pain? I never ever noticed it until I became obsessed!

Nevlet · 19/10/2015 12:34

I dont normally get ov pain but lets hope it is!

I now have random spotting... Is it possible that i tested late for ov and the possible positive opk would have been a definite positive a few days earlier (i hadnt tested for about a week and may have missed it)? Help!

I have no idea I'm afraid! Anything is possible, which is not helpful I appreciate!
