Thats a good step dinosaurs... I had my follow up today all bloods normal so being referred for ultrasound and a specialist... Hoping all is fine and I at least have a period soon and hopefully bfp after that super positive OPK!

Hello again smeppers, took a break after AF earlier this month but time to come back again :) CD11 today, can't believe how quickly it's going this time! Ov' don CD16 last time so starting with DTD EOD on CD10 rather than CD8 like the plan suggests. Hoping it works this time!

How is everyone doing?

I'm on CD 11 and I've been OPK'ing for the last few cycles in prep to TTC. I've always had a positive OPK on 11 or 12 but now we're actually trying I haven't had a sniff of a positive. Why do bodies decide to do stupid things?! What would you guys be doing - should I carry on DTD everyday in case my OPKs are wrong? Have DTD cycle day 9 and 10 so far. All I did read back but I can't remember if you are trying for your first? Have you had any tests done so far? Glad you have an appointment with a good doctor - hope they're able to address things for you.

Last month I assume I o'd later so I am going to do EOD for as long as possible AFTER fertile time too. Just in case

Nevlet, that's great news about your bloods. Hopefully everything is fine and it was just one of those stress induced elongated periods? Hopefully after that fantastic OPK, you'll get some fantastic news

Guess I think the plan says that if you don't get a positive, you just carry on EOD. That way you're still covered but you won't tire yourself out before the ovulation time.

I am ttc #2. DS1 was a surprise I am SO glad he's here, although considering the trouble this time, I am not sure how he is!!

I haven't had any tests yet. I'm assuming I'll get bloods next week and hopefully referred for scan too, although I am thinking of getting a private one anyway (don't want to wait)

All I read there dinosaurs was that you are getting a pirate haha! Having a blonde day over here!

Thanks allthedinosaurs, fx this month is our month! I actually felt better on CD1 after all the uncertainty.

We were originally going to follow SMEP this cycle but not feeling entirely confident about that so just BDing as much as possible. Not sure how that will work out, might get tiring!

Woop woop finally got a positive OPK this morning so onwards with the plan! How's it going with everyone else? I hate the TWW. I've promised myself this time around I won't symptom spot (might have been a little bit obsessive focussed first time around). It took us a little while with DS so I'm hoping to be realistic this time around.

Nevlet I think 5dpo is a little early but could you have miscalculated ov?

Ovulated at cd16 last month, and FF has calculated that it was cd11 this month? Only dotted crosshairs but that would make me 3dpo already... It's going quickly this month!

Hello dinosaurs, hope you are feeling less gloomy! I am 5dpo today and temps have stayed up so I guess I definitely ovulated on cd11! Wish we had started to DTD earlier but we caught o-1 (twice) and o so guess that will have to do! Didn't start using preseed until after then though which is a shame.

Feeling weirdly chilled out since I got AF, none of the urgency of last cycle watch this be the cycle I get BFP!

Where is everyone else at?

Morning everyone! How are we all? I've had a horrendous couple of days, but I am not on the annual leave of shagging and I'm a bit less miserable

I'd definitely go with that as a positive. Good luck ! I'm a bit fed up today because I got a positive OPK last week but for various reasons only managed to DTD the day before the OPK and the day of the positive itself - so not holding out much hope this cycle. Have promised myself I won't test either unless period is a day late - I'm one of those that hates a negative test more than AF. Where is everyone else up to? Anyone due to test early Dec?

Guess, you never know... With DS1, we only did it once in the month

We are in the same boat because that positive was a little earlier than expected. We managed yesterday for fun but this morning, happily peed on the stick before my bath and was shocked when I got out

I had my GP appt yesterday. Got a form for bloods but I'm too late in the cycle this month so waiting for next. Got to go and organise a scan appointment asap as well due to complications last time. That's the bit I am nervous about

DH has been given a pot and is obviously pretty chuffed with his side of the agreement, lol
