Thanks for taking the time to look. Would this suggest I ovulated? My opks say no as they only went about a third as dark as the control line. I definitely didn't miss it with the opks as I checked each time I went for a wee on the important dates. This is my 1st month charting and am struggling a little.

Oh sorry vap0. I know it's hard but Making a human is so mind bogglingly complicated it's amazing it works as often as it does. When a pregnancy doesn't stick it's usually just that one of the millions of things that has to happen, didn't quite happen right. I know that doesn't make it any easier, and it all the loss of hope of what could have been. but fingers crossed for you next time it's a sticky one!! Hope you are feeling. Well and looking after yourself. Xx

Apologies for my absence, I've been trying to make sense of it all and failed. I hope everyone is still about!

Welcome jaffa sorry we all disappeared. Your chart is looking pretty blurred so can't see it well at all but ff seems to think you have ovulated and I think it's fairly accurate. I can't see the dates or anything but expect you may have tested by now? Any exciting news?

So, i did a frer on sat am and it was still a massive BFP which really set me back. Had also just dipped a CB stick and thought there was no point continuing with the £2 per day habit if I still have hcg in my system. So have decided not to use them this month. Spotting stopped quite a few days ago now which is great! And had ewcm yesterday and today. Chart isn't doing much yet (attached), it's too early to say what is going on. I also bought some cheap opk's but am realising more and more that I have problems with my hormone levels. Day 21 was far too low on the month I conceived and now 2 failed pregnancies. Non existent opk's even though my body is telling me I'm about to ovulate. Kind of looking forward to seeing ff in a week or so to see what it says. It's all very frustrating this whole situation. I have my fertility dr appointment Jan 18 so hoping they will offer some clomid to help boost ovulation or some progesterone to help support the pregnancy early on, or even better, both! Not actually expecting any help though as my dr is a total arse.

rose how are you getting on with your provera? I should really have thought of speaking with the Czech clinics about just getting some help with either getting pregnant or retaining a pregnancy. I dont know why but I had it in my mind they were an IVF place only. You've given me an idea there. Especially if they give you provera when trying naturally. Are there any symptoms from taking provera? How is the natural ttc going this month?

Dp told me tonight we were not dtd, it's far too late. To be honest I, not interested either but if I get my spike in temp tomorrow morning I'll be really cross. We did dtd last night but I just feel like we need to give it everything we have.

pcr how is your pregnancy going? Any more nausea?

Vap Sorry to hear you are still getting positive results- what does that mean? Were you expecting them to be negative by now? Sorry for the stupid questions- I have no idea how it all works. Your chart looks like its starting to settle down now though and the EWCM certainly suggests that you will ov soon. Fingers crossed things get back to 'normal' soon for you x What did your temp do this morn?

Provera caused a bleed 4 days after the last (of 5) days of tablets as planned. I have just about stopped now and I'm CD5. Haven't bothered temping so far this cycle cos I have a HyCoSy booked for 23rd Dec so cant do anything until then anyhow- figured it would be better not to know if I am ov'ing and miss it!

I've ordered and paid for my first round of IVF drugs. They are in the post from Czech at the mo. My work (I'm a teacher) have agreed my paid 8 days off work which I'm so relieved about (and a little shocked if I'm completely honest!) They are even paying to have my lessons covered properly while I'm gone which takes all the guilt off of my shoulders. I cannot give them exact dates of when I will be gone until this cycle ends, but they seem fine about that. Things are getting very real now!

Vap sorry to hear you're still getting positives. It seems so cruel just waiting to be able to move on. I hope you do get something from your fertility appointment in January.

I'm still really sick every few days and feel sick in the morning but it's so much better than it was and it doesn't bother me so much anymore. Almost used to it now! I think it's here to stay!

Good luck when you get the drugs rosebud. I don't know much about fertility treatment but I have a friend who did private IVF about 15 years ago and she said they were great at giving her every drug under the sun unlike NHS to give her the best chance and they conceived first time.

How are you feeling vapo? Sorry we can't help more with what's happening, have you seen your GP? You say you had a "strong Bfp" on frer, are these as strong as your previous positive? Was it proper bleeding or just spotting? It can take a while for hcg to get out of your system but I wouldn't have thought your lines would still be strong. I don't want to provide false hope but are you sure it was a miscarriage, lots of people do bleed in early pregnancy. Your GP should see you and take serial hcg levels at least to confirm they are going down. Or refer you to early pregnancy clinic. It's also possible to have retained products which can lead to infection so I would get checked out just to put your mind at rest. Hope you are taking things easy and looking after yourself. Xx

Not sure what's going on over here. I'm about 2 weeks into this cycle. Temps really rocky!! My temps in the morning seem to be my highest of the day, surely they are supposed to lowest when I wake up! Anyways FF thinks I OVd on cycle day 14, but I'm sure I didn't! I got some pretty bad pelvic pain on the morning of cycle day 15, but didn't quite feel like OV pain (not the same as last month), and no positive opks yet. I did think it was getting darker 2 days ago but not positive, and lighter again now. Don't think Iv missed OV cos last month I had strong positives for two whole days, and Iv tested twice a day. Here's my chart.

pcr sounds crap with all the sickness but everywhere you read they say strong symptoms are a good thing. Are there any foods or smells that turn your stomach?

rose good to hear everything is on track, and even better that your work will give you paid time off! I'm in the wrong job with my employers! Good luck with your hycosy, hope everything is all nice and clear and the bit of damage they cause helps your next cycle along. When will your drugs arrive? It's all getting very real now, exciting times!

sunny I can't open your pic (stupid phone, sorry). Not sure what temps should be but if ff says you ovulated on 14th then that's good news as ifs pretty standard, the pains the next day could have been implantation? You never know. I know I implanted the day after ovulation last month.

So, I'm annoyed with myself! Dp and I are away this weekend in 4 different hotels over 4 nights and have left my thermometer in the car so don't know what my temp is doing this month. Did an opk yesterday morning and the faintest of squinter was there. Bloody hormones are all up the pole. And I've now left my opks in the car too. Idiot. Not that I'm expecting anything to happen with them. Did another frer on Thursday morning and the line had faded, still clearly there though but at least it's going. sunny I'm definitely not pregnant still, I had a scan a couple of weeks ago and they said it was a complete mc. No options at the minute unfortunately, epu won't speak to you before 6 weeks or after they tell you you've had a complete mc. Only thing Dr would do is send me for a blood test but I've been so busy and away from home I can't be bothered the time it takes to get a blood test form. Have brought another frer with me too, also in the car, and will use that maybe on sun morning and see what it says. Hoping for a negative. So with no opks and no temps I don't know what's going on this month but with being away with dp we have been Dtd every day, twice yesterday so expect that if anything is happening then we will have hopefully caught it. Will be testing on Xmas day just so I can drink with confidence or have an even merrier Xmas if we are lucky, when will you be testing sunny? Must be a similar time to me? In answer to your question rose about still positive tests, I phoned to cancel my booking apointment and asked them their thoughts, they didn't have much to say other than they will go negative over the next few weeks, and left it at that, no comment as to how many weeks or what to do if they don't. Not very helpful. And what does it mean?.... It means I'm still a little bit pregnant, which in turn means ovulation won't happen, but it still could, if my hcg levels are low enough? So all in all, I have no idea? Ha.

Sorry vapo, didn't realise you had had a scan. Hope the sticks turn negative soon for you so you can get onto new cycle. Bodies can do odd things, I know of people who have conceived days after a miscarriage, so must have OVd almost immediately. And others it takes a while for cycle to come back. Fingers crossed it's soon for you. Have a lovely weekend!!

I need opk help!! I always get a faint line on my opks, and the strength of the line does fluctuate a bit... so it makes it hard to tell if it's getting darker. As prev post says, FF thinks I OVd 4 days ago based on my temps but I don't think I have. (And nipples not sore and they normally hurt as soon as Iv OVd). Opk darker (I think) today but not positive yet. But no OV pains today (had them the last couple of days and now all gone. Only a little bit of EWCM left. WTF! Thought you got surge before OV. All my signs are conflicting each other!

Here's a pic. It's still wet and the old ones are dry so maybe it will look fainter once dried. I will do another one this evening to see.

sunny it's all very confusing? I have no idea what is going on but those sticks are certainly getting darker. You may be having a weird cycle where you ovulate twice? I think the only way to know for sure is to get a day 21 blood test from your Dr next month. Although that doesn't give certain results as they say anything under 30 is classed as not ovulating and I had 27.1 and got pregnant. It's all such a minefield.
Banging head today! Work Xmas do last night was great! Took my temp today and it's up, but, this hotel room is boiling and you can't open the windows so that's probably changing the outcome. Chart attached.

My temp dropped massively this morning although the hotel room was cold and I hadn't had a skinful of booze the night before which I'm sure affected yesterday's temp. I'm interested to see what happens with it tomorrow.

Pols still neg, getting lighter. FF has changed my OV date to 3 days ago, temps all still high (loads higher than any temps last month) had a bit of a cold coming this morning when I woke up but feel better now, so wonder if that's reason for high temps. Getting lots of pelvic pains/twinges so think I might be getting closer to OV. Let me know how your chart looks tomorrow x

If your opks are getting fainter you have probably already ovulated. When was your strongest one? How many times did you test on that day?
I did another today and such a faint line. And temp is pretty level with the rest of the month. Pretty convinced ovulation isn't happening this month. Disappointed as we have dtd loads!
I've been having loads of bloating, abdominal pains and also not been off the loo for days. I think I have some kind of water infection. Kind of just want af to arrive so I can start tracking with cb again. I'm pleased I didn't waste my cb ones this month. Did another frer yesterday and it still had a tiny tiny faint line only visible in very bright light. I guess I'm still a little bit pregnant. Argh!
We had a brilliant time away thanks! Exhausting but amazing fun. I can hear the next door neighbours 4 year old getting all excited about only being 3 more days until Santa comes. I'm so incredibly jealous of everyone with kids. So much so, I'm stealing my niece and taking her to see Father Christmas tomorrow. You never know, I may never get the chance to do it with one of my own.

Sunny I would say that your chart looks like you have ov'ed but obviously it will depend on your next fews days of temps to be sure.

Vap I would discard that drunken, hot room temp taken at an irregular time if I were you. I don't think you have ov'ed yet but there is still time! It might be worth a trip to the doctor before Christmas just in case you do have an infection. Glad to hear you had a fab long weekend away! It's so important that we all try and let our hair down and enjoy ourselves even when we are not feeling like it.

I have my HyCoSy on Weds then start my drugs mid-Jan sometime. Problem is Czech post has let me down and haven't managed to get my parcel out of the country yet Luckily the pharmacy in Czech has been fab and promised a next day delivery at the beginning of Jan if it hasn't arrived by then. Could have done without the worry though!

Good luck with your hycozy today rose. Shame about the drugs not arriving, I suppose it's this time of year that's slowing things down. If they are promising a next day delivery does that mean you'll get 2 lots of drugs? Surely if the post is late then they have already sent it? Do you need to keep everything in the fridge? When were you hoping to start taking the meds? Will you start them as soon as they arrive or do you need to be at a certain time in your cycle? Sorry for all the questions.

My chart is looking rubbish still. Ff says af is due 30th dec so not expecting to ovulate now, it's too late. Just wish it would hurry up so we can get on with next month where we will hopefully ovulate. I wonder if my body tried to ovulate which is why I had some ewcm? Hopefully that means we may manage it next month? Either way we will be at the Drs in the 2ww. Thinking of asking him if it would affect my NHS treatment if I had some progesterone prescribed privately. I suppose it's wait and see time for what he offers 1st. I hope I get offered clomid. We have a works trip away to Miami in March, sounds glamorous but in reality it is a day travelling there, no sleep, a day in a meeting room (generally with no windows) dinner out then another few hours in a meeting room then some free time, dinner out, 4 hours sleep then a day travelling to get home. I'm not looking forward to it, can you imagine if we get caught again and I miscarry whilst I'm over there? It would be awful. I suppose I shouldn't look at worst case scenarios. I'm really hoping for some clomid at this appointment. Or to be put on the IVF list, or both. I forgot to mention. When we arrived home from London I had a letter from the fertility Dr saying they won't prescribe progesterone as 1. It is too expensive and 2. It is not proven to work. Brilliant! We were just sight seeing in London and works Xmas do. It was really nice. Don't feel too Christmassy though. I did last night after I'd recorded my out of office vm and sang to Christmas songs home in the car [santa]
This Christmas is going to be over all too soon! Hopefully this time next year we will all be off on maternity leave and will have more time to plan...

Vapo. Sorry your temps are messing you around too. I don't really believe the predictions for af on my apps (although my cycles are crazy so propably if you have regular cycles they are a bit more accurate) I would keep checking temp and hold out for a late OV. Hopefully you get a proper plan for GP. I don't feel Christmassy either (got to work it, and on call all night so by the time I get a day off it will all be over), fingers crossed next year we are on may leave!!

We have over indulged massively, so much food. We are defo going on a healthy eating mission in January. News here, I think I had a sniff of a bfp yesterday. Used a FRER and If it is there I will have only been 3w0d which would account for the very very faint (I hope it is there) line. It is super early and I'm kind of hoping it isn't just hcg still lingering from last time??? I have done one each day for the last 4 days, basically to decided if I'll be drinking on that day or not. So of course yesterday I didn't have a drink "just in case". I'm no where near as excited about the prospect of being pregnant again, all I can think is "well if I am pregnant, I wonder how long this one will last". So sad that the joy has gone from this process, although in a way I suppose it is good as it will be easier to deal with when it all does go wrong (if you can ever prepare for that).
So, I have 1 more frer left. And a pot of fmu in the bathroom ready to be dipped if I decide to dip it. But, it's my last FRER. I've just ordered 4 more but they don't have a delivery date until 2nd jan (last time it said an equally long time but arrived the next day). Should I dip today or wait until tomorrow? I have been having mad dreams again, that was a massive sign for me the last 2 times, also I was never off the loo last week, not this week though, don't know if the 2 are related? Also have had (ahem) loose bowels, another sign from last time. AF not due until

30 or 31st.

My opks are still positive. That's 4 days now. Temps still up. If I take the opks off my chart FF thinks I OVd day 14. I would be surprised if I did OV day 14, last two cycles I OVd day 88 and day 32. Maybe the soy isoflavones really do work!! But I didn't have any signs of OV, no positive opk, didn't have ewcm on that day (but have had it pretty much every other day!!) and no sore nipples that I normally get after OV! But all temps still up. So strange!!

Did my last IC yesterday just in case, because I felt really sick on Xmas day when I had to transfer someone in an ambulance (not surprising tho, the roads are windy and they drive fast, and they are like tin cans on wheels) thought I could see the worlds faintest line. So got a superdrug cheapy to do this morning, nothing on it so went back to bed. Just looked again 3 hours later and there is a faint line. BUT it's out of the time frame. And also the line is exactly where the little plastic cover was touching the test paper so I wonder if the dye just accumulated there. No tests in the house. Might get a FRER for tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath for a bfp. No symptoms of pregnancy, boobs feel normal, just the motion sickness the other day and felt a bit queasy yesterday evening but think that's cos I'm over thinking things! Getting OV/period type pains so I know it's more likely to be OV. Messes with your head doesn't it!! I would be shocked if pregnant not only as I didn't know Id ov'd but we didn't dtd until the night after OV, so I would have thought we had missed it!

Will have to wait and see!
