Thanks for taking the time to look. Would this suggest I ovulated? My opks say no as they only went about a third as dark as the control line. I definitely didn't miss it with the opks as I checked each time I went for a wee on the important dates. This is my 1st month charting and am struggling a little.

Here's my updated FF chart. The post O temps are all looking good so far 😊

AF got me yesterday. Boo. Was a bit down in the dumps yesterday but iv got other bigger things going on in the family at the moment so Iv kinda forgotten about it and will move on to next month when things settle. I have definitely got luteal phase issues 8-9 days last 4 months Iv been charting... That's definitely not going to get me pregnant. Going to get some b6. And also might not be ovulating at all according to a scan this week (for abdo pain)... So who knows. Will see what GP says.

Sorry af got you 😝 But even sorrier you have family stuff going on. Hope it all gets sorted soon. Definitely start a B complex to help with your luteal phase. Also maybe progesterone cream might help?

Vap0 you'll have forgotten about that or they'll have sussed that one out when you're next TTC in a few years time or they'll be some other new, more popular app.

It feels like a long time! But it's already blurring. Attange when you think I've been pregnant since the middle of last year. 9 months is a long time!

Hi guys only started tracking this month and only on cd10 but already in a flap. I've marked sleep deprived on my chart when I've worked nights and take my temp at roughly midday on those days as I've had about 3 hours sleep. My cycles have been roughly 29 days previous to this. I was shocked at my temp spike today as it is a normal day and not noted any cm today. We still dtd just in case. I also have pcos so not sure if I even ovulate yet. Is it normal for temps to be erratic like this?

Just wondering if anyone can shed some light on my chart.
Pretty sure I ovulated on the 14th making me 8dpo. My temp keeps going up, last month it went up for three days then just gradually went down until my af. Is it a good sign of it keeps going? At what point (dpo) would you expect it to start declining?
Any advice from anyone who knows about charts would be greatly appreciated x
