Hi all.
I know now isn't particularly the best time to start trying to losing weight but I'd like to shift a few pounds and tone up before...er....getting fat! I figure the best shape I'm in before hand the better. (probably a bit late for that thinking!)
However now I'm kind of scared about just how much exercise I should do without risking things if I have managed to get pregnant. (in 2ww)
Does anyone have any tips/experience?

The best thing to do is to focus on being as healthy as possible. Eat nutritious food, keep an eye on the calories and get out in the fresh air for a brisk walk.

Thanks Loki17. I used to run but haven't done it for a while and worried it will be a shock to the system! (with or without baby on board lol)

Losing weight can improve fertility- oestrogen can be stored in fat cells and when released helps with your fertility.

Being healthy and getting a good amount of exercise also helps with fertility.
