Dearest MrsMc, I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful person I think you are. When I was just a MN lurker you always stood out as someone who had the right words for people, and then when I started posting your kindness always seemed to show through. And whn my dp changed his mind you had really caring words to say and now that I am pg you are STILL saying just the right things. I am sure there are many others out there who feel really supported by you and I just wanted to say thank you and fingers crossed that you will be able to move over and carry on being so wonderful on one of the AN threads as soon as possible. xx

I would 2nd that, I agree 100% with feedmenow. Your the nicest person I know, so very supportive and always there for any one, for any reason, and it takes a very special person to do that, and you are that person! I would just like to thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all your support, advice and for always picking me up when I was down, thank you! You 100% deserve every one of your dreams to come true! Thinking of you always, I hope we stay in touch Babymadxx

Chooster · 04/12/2006 09:24

sparklytreeangel · 04/12/2006 10:02

I too wold like to thank MrsMcClaus and everyone on here for their support and help as super online buddies

sideways · 04/12/2006 10:06

Yes, she is pretty fab, isn't she?

Impatience · 04/12/2006 10:37

Wow, MrsMc, you should print this off and keep it forever! I completely agree too

snowydays · 04/12/2006 11:00

I'd like to add that I believe MrsMcJnr-Claus (now double barrelled no less!) was a factor in a shift in my attitude to ttc. I was pretty damn depressed and MrsMcJnr's postive and supportive words helped me turn things around.

Mumsnetter of the Year 2007

RudolphsREADY · 04/12/2006 12:12

Yay, I wanna jump on the WE LOVE MRSMCCLAUS-JNR bandwagon!! What a lady!! What a gem! What a star!

Perhaps we should all nominate her on this favourite MNer

I feel I must also say though, that I love so many of the other ladies on here too!!! You are all fabulous!!

Juicythe2ndnotsowiseman · 04/12/2006 12:50

I second these opinions. MrsMcSanta is one of my all time fav people on Mumsnet.

Juicythe2ndnotsowiseman · 04/12/2006 12:52

Whoops didn't check your christmas name MrsMcClaus - sorry.

MrsMcClaus · 04/12/2006 14:06

Oh my goodness! only just saw this, my very own thread, feel very, very special. Thank you so much Feedmenow and each of you, what you have all said is so lovely and I am sitting here in tears, very happy ones!

I am so glad I am supportive and it helps, I certainly know how I feel when you all help me feel better.

I am so, so pleased that so many of my MN friends have got their BFPs, you all really deserved it. Please stay in touch, I want to know how you get on and hopefully I'll see you on the graduate boards one day.

For all the others still hanging on like me, we will get there and with all this support from each other, it's got to happen sometime .

Truly touched

BabymadwithBump · 04/12/2006 14:11

It doesn't stop there MrsMcJur
All my love and best wishes, Babymadxx

MrsMcClaus · 04/12/2006 14:21

you are so sweet Babymad!

When I think back to all of the ladies who have helped me for the last 6 months, I do feel so warm about humanity you know, I have rarely encountered anyone on here who is less than supportive and kind, if that truly is a reflection of the British female public, I am very proud to be one aren't you?

BabymadwithBump · 04/12/2006 14:28

...

feedmenow · 04/12/2006 14:28

Too right! I was thinking the other day that none of us really know who anyone else is....I mean, age, religion, etc, none of it matters here. It seems like an ideal little world where you can just be yourself, and nobody questions it, they just try and help as best they can...

here here!!!! 100% agree AGAIN!

xcharlotte · 04/12/2006 15:42

Couldn't agree more... although I wonder why all this good feeling among (wo)men isn't replicated more in the "real" world..?

I've only been on this site for a couple of weeks, n00bie that I am, and I've been really touched not only by the kind words towards me, but just reading others' stories, and the support offered constantly towards those struggling to keep a smile on their face.

It really is amazing, and here, here to MrsMcClaus - who was the first person to reply to my first post on MN!

PS: Off to change my name to a more festive XmassyCharlotte
