How long after a + OPK do you ovulate?

I know it's officially 12-36 hours after first +be, just looking for people's individual experiences so I can obsess a bit more. I've had a resounding positive 10pm tonight but won't have a chance to DTD til tomorrow evening as DH works away, so flip side is not DTD since Sunday eve. Am I still in with a chance if I jump on him the second he walks through the door tomorrow?!

Hi and I would say yes! With my dc2 we could only manage the once because of work etc and it was the day after my first positive opk. Once was enough . My resulting gorgeous dc asleep at the side of me as we speak . Good luck xx
