poppy try to stay calm. She really shouldn't have said that - like age points out, she has no medical training! I really hate receptionist who think they know more than the doctor! If there is something amiss then it's a good thing they have noticed as they can help. Try not to overthink it, lovely x

Thanks prty I realise in my last post I was just ranting. Just needed someone to tell me I wasn't overreacting.. I'm going to phone either later today or in the morning to see if my scans are back to book an appointment in to discuss.

Sounds like a good plan to me :) it's always good to have a rant avd then have someone to bounce things back too :) sometimes it's hard to see the positives in your own stuff x

Thank you.. That's true it is, don't think it's helped DH has been on opposite shifts to me so haven't really spent more than 5 mins with him since Sunday.

Poppy please ignore the stupid receptionist. Whilst some of them can be lovely many other think that spending time around doctors & nurses makes them a medical professional

Poppy try not to worry ... I agree that the receptionist shouldn't have said anything to you ... especially throwing around words like menopause, of course you are going to be upset! I hope you hear about the scans soon so you can see the doctor and get some proper answers!

We have reached a new low in the pirsy household. My DH told me last night that he'd only have sex if I would agree to make his sandwiches for his lunch today!

I have also got myself in a mess with OPKs. I said I wasn't going to use them this month ... but it's hard when they are right there in the drawer. I decided to pee on one on Sunday night (CD12) which was darkish but not dark enough to be positive. I was extremely dehydrated at the time. Ever since they have been not quite as dark as that. I'm not sure if I've not ovulated yet, I ovulated early this month and missed it, or if this is going to be an anovulatory cycle. So far have DTD CD 11,12,13,15 so just got to keep it up I guess.

Also is it bad to admit I've given up on pre-conception vitamins and I'll take them IF I get a BFP?

I'm not surprise Mr Pirsy is trading sex for sandwiches - DTD 11,12 & 13?? He must be worn out
OPKs are a fickle beast, they tease that positive and whip it away with no rhyme or reason...
I only take folic acid, stopped multi vits I used to take before TTC due to vit A, I also Tahoe omega 3 but I've always taken that

DBAFD - 9 by me, 11 by app... total CM dry up, nothing at all :/ felt a little queasy this morning but sure it's probably Christmas stress!!

He was at football. I let him have last night off ... Im so generous

Ive been feeling queasy too but Im not sure Ive even ovulated yet so I def cant read anything into it!

Hi all.. Thanks for your positive words. Scan results still not in at the doctors, spoke to another snotty receptionist who told me to chase it up with the scan company earlier so I did who said they would fax results in 10 minutes, phoned doctors back who refused to check fax machine and said its not as simple as them just been faxed.. The doctor would need to look at them 'if' they came then they'd need to be uploaded to my file. Huff.. Can see me having this worry over my mind over Christmas.

Morning everyone, sorry I've not been on for a while, been having an emotional week, af didn't turn up and have been testing madly all week and nothing. But this morning I can see a faint line, but last night I had a small streak of red so thought it was af coming so am totally confused. If I post a pic, tell me what you think - it's okay, after 18 months ttc I may just be going mad.....

I can see something very faint - more on the first pic than the second, no colour though, more of a shadowy type line

I think I'm just overexcited because it's the first time I've seen anything other than stark white on a test! It's so funny because I've hidden my digital tests from myself as I didn't trust myself and I've no idea where they are !!

Poppy def ring up next week and chase the scan. Can you ask the doctor to ring you so you get a proper explanation of bloods and scan?

So I think my OPKs are getting lighter so maybe I have ovulated some time this week. We have done a lot of DTD so should have it covered. If it was the week before which would be early, we def don't because DH was on nights. Going to keep it up this week too.

Bfn on a frer , knew it was too good to be true. So have to go to a family party now and pretty sure there will be a baby bomb. Joy
