How to Support a Friend

I have a friend who has been struggling TTC for some time now, and recently has had some upsetting results.

I don't know what these are exactly as I hate to pry (we aren't complete best friends IYKWIM)

I've always been conscious of people's fertility as I have had experience myself in assisting conception for someone then struggling myself for a while (now have DD)

I don't want to spout nonsense at her saying it'll be ok and it'll all work out because, of course, I don't know that.

How can I be supportive without being patronising or even rubbing her face in it

Thank you
