2 questions about implant removal & previous induction (ttc #2)

Two questions:
I had my first implant put in at 16, got on great with it. Had no periods for 3 years from the moment it went in. Married DH at 19, had it removed and fell pregnant within 4 weeks. Had a new implant inserted after DD was born, and it took months to settle down - had an almost constant period for 3 months! But now I seem to be back to no periods Grin has anyone else taken longer to conceive after having a post-baby implant removed?
Second question...
I had a seriously quick induction with DD. 3 hours from pessary going in to DD being born. Could that be purely because I was induced? Or could that be just the way I birth?! Anyone else had a quick delivery that wasn't induced after a quick induction with your first?!

Can't help with first question, but I had a failed induction, after 3 days ended with a emcs, so you are super lucky with 3 hours!

Yeah I know!! I was shocked it was so quick, I was under the impression that inductions usually take ages!....just interested to know if it was that way purely because of the induction, or if my body is just in a hurry to expel babies haha - ttc #2, and hoping for a home birth - I know you can never predict how long your labour will be, but I just want to know other pp experiences of quick inductions and then subsequent labours

I've just my implant removed on 26th. Had what I think was withdrawal bleed 28th - 1st Oct. I've been having irregular periods the last few months, only had the implant in 10months. Ttc #2 I'm a bit worried because last time I got pregnant soon after having the implant removed I had mc and straight after got pregnant with DS. I was going to wait a month or two but that went out the window last night.

Its so annoying how your body reacts differently to things even though you've used it before! Last time I adjusted to the implant really well - no breakthrough bleeding, and no periods, and I fell pregnant really quickly once it came out. But this one seems to have taken ages to settle down, and even then I still haven't had a "normal" period. It seems like I'm back to having no periods, but then I'll have one day where I have a slight little bleed. I don't want to have it out too soon and fall pregnant really fast again, or then on the other hand, wait too late to have it out and then take yonks to fall pregnant - want a small age gap between DC's, but not too small!

I know it's irritating how it differs with each person too so it's not like you can plan.
