Hi all I'm 31 and several months into TTC #1. Have always had v regular cycles but over the last year or so have noticed a change in my period - used to last 4-5 days and quite heavy on days 2-3 (dark purple bleeding) but now although it still comes very regularly, it's lasting only 2-3 days and less than 24 hours of that is what I would say was medium flow but even then the blood is lighter - more red/pink and never the darker heavier flow I've always had.
Spoke to GP but they said as long as cycle is regular there I no need to worry. But I'm scared it's a sign of the menopause or something or that it's what is causing the delay to us falling pregnant.
Has anyone else experienced this and should I be concerned?
