had ectopic just over 18months ago been trying ever since feels like forever. Had a lap and dye last month good news remaining tube looked ok a couple of adhesion near ovary but these were easily sorted drs said just a matter of time as tube all cleared out. Had a period since then and then started trying again day 20 today and since about day 14-15 about when i ovulate have had cramps in my lower stomache. Could this be because of the op or i remember when I was pregnant with my daughter I had cramps but think it was later. I usually have some pain at ovulation but normally only for no more than a day. Any advise anyone thanks.
