Working out my next period

I and a period on the 10th Aug for 7 days but where I am confused I had another bleed on the 24th Aug which was also for 7 days but it was 2 weeks after the first period.? So now I'm confused do I date my next period from the first blee or the bleed 2 weeks after? Me and my husband have been trying for our 4th baby but I can't figure out the date of my next period!. I have done several preg tests but all came negative. Can anyone help me?.

Can't recommend taking your bbt every day enough. This will tell you if you are definitely ovulating and give you an idea of how long your cycles and luteal phase is.

Are you also using opk's?

What's bbt and opks

Basal body temperature (BBT) and ovulation predictor kits (OPKs).

Taking your temperature at the same time each morning after at least three hours of uninterrupted sleep and before getting up won't show that ovulation is approaching but will show you that is has happened when your temperature rises and stays elevated, dropping if you get your period. It'll also give you an idea of the length of you LP (luteal phase).

When you start to notice creamy or wet cervical fluid (CF or CM for cervical mucus) get some OPKs to pee on. They detect when ovulation is near so that you know when to time BD (baby dancing) or DTD (doing the deed).

You could also try an app like Ovia to try and predict your cycles (I'm very irregular though so it's always wrong with me lol)
