Hoping a bit of Halloween magic starts early and grants us all our bfp's!!

Don't want to bring the thread down, but i feel like I need a bit of a grumble

So dh got home on my cd14. We dtd. He then fell asleep every night (jet lagged) til cd18 when we dtd again. I had a positive opk on cd16 & cd17. He knew exactly when I ov as he asked me! So I feel a bit pissed off with him that he couldn't make the effort for our only shot!! I get that he was tired, I'm not heartless but every other time we tried, he was more enthusiastic, and he's always wanted to dtd lots around ov. We dtd cd21 (last night) but even that took some persuading.
He said today that we better hope Thursday's shag was a lucky one!
Maybe I'm being unreasonable. I probably haven't been quite as obsessed as this before

So I guess I'm 5dpo, and absolutely no symptoms to report. Hmm.

Grumble away Wee. My DH is struggling to properly understand why this time it matters so much more to me than previously. He understands, but he doesn't really get it.

Thank you Rose, maybe I'm not ovulating when I think am. I will just continue dtd until further notice (or as long as the oh is willing and able!). Speaking of which, we dtd last night and it was feeling a bit chore like. Every other day is exhausting and I'm going to burn out!
My oh doesn't understand why I poas at 8dpo. He didn't know the fulls ins and outs of baby making and timing until a couple of months ago though. He nearly fell over when I told him my egg only lives for a day. He thought I had been on the wine again and insisted I was wrong! Men! That's why we have mn!

Soo my first symptom to report and obsess over 7 days post ov is pink spotting. Never had it with Ds so trying not to get too excited

Still not sure about all of these acronyms - is ETD the estimated test date? If so not sure how to work that out, but date of next cycle would be 30/10 if that is the same?

Moaning is what we are here for Weechops. I can understand your frustration with dh. If this is your only shot till next year (if you decide to try Again) then he's not done as much as he can. Dtd on Cd14 and ov on cd17 is still a pretty good chance and if the egg lasted the 24 hours then cd18 would also be a good try. Not long now.....I'm getting really nervous

I'm the same as chat. Dh gets that I'm desperate to be pregnant but doesn't REALLY understand.
(Our stories are verrrry different- I have an 18 week old severely disabled child)
We only dtd once and I didn't have OPKs then I was just going on ewcm.
Have secretly got my hands on OPKs and PTs since so if not successful this time I will be testing daily next month and forcing sex upon him which he will not like as he finds it very unromantic!

I'm trying trying trying not to test until I am officially late..... my latest tactic (this has worked for 3 days!) is to not bring the pregnancy tests into the house, i ordered some from ebay and they were delivered to work and I have left them in the car.... cunning hey, take that you symptom spotting lune - boom !!

Ovia says 2 more days to wait......

I also would like to wait until I'm late. I'm only 4/5dpo right now though so that may change. Concentrating on my passing my driving test will take me through to 7/8dpo and after that I may well turn into a poas, symptom spotting lune myself!

I had to drag myself from testing today i have a few ics but i managed it, convinced myself that if i had implantation bleeding a couple of days ago i need to let the hormones increase enough to be read, realllly wanted to poas must wait mussssst wait help ladies not to poas yet

I think I'm 3 dpo. My opk showed surge fri so I will have ovulated sat latest (if at all) I've had a stinking cold with a high temperature so my bbt is all over the place.

I may have not ovulated this month or temp is just off because of cold. Would anyone mind taking a look if I attached my chart.

I really hope it's just the cold. Yet another pregnancy announcement. My nct friend who's dd1 is a day older than my dd2. She's managed 3 in the time I've had 1 and my late loss. Fuck sake!

Kitty so sorry about your baby bomb, nothing makes those better. I'm rubbish at charting, trying again this month but keep forgetting, so I'll be no help to you, but sure the others will be able to help.

Vikki Well done on managing to hold off, fingers crossed you get a lovely line when you do poas.

Simply good luck with your test, stay away from the symptom spotting!!

I POAS this morning, CD27 and 10DPO i think and got a BFN. I don't know why i did it really as i know I'm not pregnant but the test was in the cupboard!

Ah Jelly sorry. When is AF due? You're not out until your out!! I'm due AF tomorrow...fx she doesn't arrive and I get a BPF instead. Vikki I'm impressed at your restraint - how many days have you to wait now?

well i think she's due on Thursday. Thats if i have a 28 day cycle, but i have no idea as this is first cycle since DD was born.

Have been having cramps so am almost certainly out, but will be ordering OPKS for next cycle!

CD12 and due to Ovulate in the next couple of days been DTD every other day since CD8 so hopefully i will manage to catch the egg and will join everyone in the two week wait :)

I admire you EOD ladies. I just don't have it in me! Every 3 days or so is the best I can muster after 12 years??. We manage that through the entire cycle though so hopefully that helps as I'm never sure when I'm ovulating

It's hard work towards the end of the month, it starts somewhat romantic and then looses that by the two week wait
