smells - your work day sounds gruelling! i am out at seven but usually back by six, but we have a little one so no such luck with the afternoon or morning business! I have to insist on an 'early night' if I want to do it... which sometimes means we're in bed straight after little fly's bath, and we've wolfed down some dinner!

tessiegirl · 17/09/2015 16:44

Great to see so many newbies on here - this is a very supportive thread with fab people on it, you are in very good hands Grin

Hello Nomio! Fantastic news on your graduating! Huge congratulations! No, I'm not moving back to the UK for good, only until next February time then we will be returning...

chopsface · 17/09/2015 17:52

Congratulations on your graduation nomio and fingers crossed that it brought you a lucky egg :-)

Welcome elderberry! How did you get tests at 6 months? I presume you're in the good old over 35's club? Good luck in your TTC journey

Hairstylisttoboris · 17/09/2015 18:20

Can our new folk help us keep a track of you by sharing your stats?

Name / age / tTC baby number / cycle trying and anything else we need to know

For example

Hairstylisttoboris, 38, ttc #1, cycle 15

Hairstylisttoboris · 17/09/2015 18:23

Oh and stupid me BFP date on the end!

Nomio23 · 17/09/2015 19:20

Boris, I thought you were 37. Did I miss a birthday?

Chops, how are you doing?

Smells, that sounds tricky. It is horrible trying to slip in a quickie when you are both exhausted. Sad

I had a few twinges down below earlier, so have started imagining that I am PG already! It would be so cool if it happened on graduation day, plus it is DH's birthday in a couple of weeks, so it would be a great present. Fingers crossed!

Woolly84 · 17/09/2015 19:45

Hi ladies!

Ah nomio that's fab about your graduation, you must be so proud Smile twinges sound promising!! Wink fx for you

Welcome to the newbies!

kir hope you're enjoying your hols Smile

Hope everyone else is well. I'm still waiting for symptoms to kick in, time is going very slowly!

OP posts:
chopsface · 17/09/2015 19:49

I'm doing well thanks nomio 27 weeks now! Feeling very real, and can longer pick things up from the floor Grin

You've no idea how much I want you guys to get your bfp's and your babies Sad

chopsface · 17/09/2015 19:53

woolly my first symptoms were feeling like I had a hangover. Yes, week 4 was a hangover, week 5 was a really bad hangover, week 6 full on all day nausea! I hope you don't feel as bad as me!

Woolly84 · 17/09/2015 20:05

I can't wait to see this bus full of BFPs too, roll on the next one!

Thanks chops at the moment I've just been tired in the evenings but fine otherwise - I shall make the most of it!

OP posts:
DizzyMerry · 17/09/2015 21:06

Definitely make the most of feeling well woolly!

Congratulations on your graduation nomio and fx for your bfp.

Great to see newbies on here. It's a lovely bus with amazingly supportive passengers.

I also can't wait to see you all get your bfps.

smellsofelderberries · 17/09/2015 21:42

Wow Chops that's exciting! When are you due? I am only just 29 but I have an anxiety disorder and wasn't really coping with TTC and everyday life so my GP agreed to run the bloods (I also have a few other things that could cause whacko hormone levels too so it's wasn't just because of my anxiety!)

Nomio, it's not too bad as coming off the pill in Feb has bought back my libido so even the quickies are fun Grin

Congrats Woolly! How far along are you?

Period started in earnest this afternoon and I haven't had cramps like this for years Confused and to add insult to injury have just realised I'm basically out of tampons! I remember feeling so smug buying the two large boxes back in January thinking I wouldn't be using many of them. Ha! Jokes on me I guess.

flymo79 · 18/09/2015 08:07

ah smells, that sucks. And I had the great injustice of being on holiday this summer when I got my first disappointing af, I was in indonesia (where they don't seem to agree with tampons) and had to pay the equivalent of nearly a tenner for the privilege!! I was SO cross for many reasons!!!

Mummyofonesofar · 18/09/2015 10:09

Kir I am sure you won’t see this but have a lovely holiday!

Beaut I think you may have just missed the surge rather than not ovving at all. Next month try using opks twice a day, morning and afternoon/evening, can’t you take them to work with you and pop to the loo at about 4pm?

Nomio so pleased grad day was perfect for you, you should be smiling you deserve it! Grin Good luck your twinges become a BFP Smile they sound promising!

Welcome to the newbies! You are in good hands here !

Had a conference yesterday, nearly 11 hours from leaving my base to getting back to it, crawled into bed at 9, still exhausted now!

Nomio23 · 18/09/2015 12:00

Ugh, Mummy, that sounds exhausting for anyone, never mind a pregnant woman. Hope you get an easy day today.

Flymo, £10 for tampons would annoy me too!

Thank you all for being so excited about my twinges, but I am sure it is nothing. I am only 3DPO!

Chops, I cant believe you are 29 weeks already! Have you got any names picked out?

Hi to everyone else. Newbies, grads & long timers like me! Smile

flymo79 · 18/09/2015 16:02

anyone else up for stats?

does it work if I just do a post like this....

Hairstylisttoboris, 38, ttc #1, cycle 15
Flymo, 36, ttc #2, cycle 4

Hairstylisttoboris · 18/09/2015 18:05

fly we have a spreadsheet somewhere to dump them on

Hairstylisttoboris · 18/09/2015 18:11

Found stats spreadsheet. Can't edit it on my phone, or link to it. I'll try and access later in my laptop. It's top of page 4 tho if anyone cares to go and update or add themselves on it...

Woolly84 · 18/09/2015 18:30

smells sorry for AF arriving, I hope you managed to track down some supplies! hope the cramps don't last too long either Flowers
I'm 4wks 3 days so very early days still!

mummy hope you managed to catch up on some sleep!

nomio any more twinges today??

Hope everyone else is well. DH has had a few really busy weekends with work so looking forward to some quality time together now that things have eased off a bit for him. Though I think there will be a lot of rugby involved!

OP posts:
Nomio23 · 18/09/2015 20:43

I am being forced to watch the rugby too, Woolly! Hopefully you will be able to tear DH away from the TV for a few hours!

I have had a few more twinges, plus a tiny bit of spotting this morning. I would be getting excited, but don't think implantation is possible at 3DPO. It is probably just some weirdness my body has decided to torment me with!

Flymo, we usually put our AF BFP due date too. That way we can all see who is nearly due & talk them into testing! Grin

Mummyofonesofar · 19/09/2015 07:42

nomio & woolly I struggled to even turn up to work yesterday so I took my time back and had the afternoon off which was nice. Just about caught up now!

stats link here everyone should be able to edit now so newbies please add yourselves on then sort by BFP date so we keep them all in the right order. And for all you naughty regulars - update your bloody stats! Wink love you all Grin

Mummyofonesofar · 19/09/2015 07:43

Oh and I didn't become a rugby widow, he went to his friends to watch it and DS and I ate strawberry laces and watched James and the giant peach!

loopylou1984 · 19/09/2015 13:05

Hello!!

Mumsnet isn't on working on my phone, and so for the last 3 days I've thought the site was down again :( :(

What have I missed?!

My meds were delivered on Wednesday so I'm all stocked up for next cycles IVF! Currently 12 dpo and POAS this morning because I've had backache for 3 days and my boobs are SO sore - but bfn so now just waiting for AF to rock up. I don't know why I do it to myself, symptom spotting sucks! Still onwards to IVF Xx

Nomio23 · 19/09/2015 14:29

Boo to the BFN, but yay for IVF, Sammy! How are you feeling. Excited, nervous, or just want to get on with it?!

I am full of cold today & haven't made it out of bed yet. Sad I have had a sore throat, but thought I was just tired, then it properly hit me last night. I am a snot monster!

spinningirl10 · 19/09/2015 15:42

Hey ladies.....how are you all?
Sorry I've been awol. The app won't work for me and I don't like the desktop site. Is the app down for everyone still?
Have I missed any bfps?
Sammy, nearly ivf time?! I'm excited for you and have everything crossed.
Nomio, so pleased you enjoyed your graduation day.
Af arrived for me, it's been so heavy and painful, what a bitch! Will add my stats when I work them out!

Hope everyone else is doing ok, I only skimmed back briefly xx
