Lily Oh love, I really feel for you. I just want to hug you and tell him for you and see you home safe! Keep posting xxx

GlitteryClitoris · 21/10/2015 12:00

Sammy come on love. You can do this. Deep long breaths.... Whatever happens it's not a death sentence and we can deal with it, whatever gets thrown at you today it can be sorted out!

Keeping my flaps crossed for a brilliant outcome for you. Lovely deep breaths. Let me know what happens as soon as you can. xxx

Kirjava · 21/10/2015 12:08

So sorry lily. Get yourself home and look after yourself Flowers

Kirjava · 21/10/2015 12:08

Got my fingers and toes crossed for sammy-. You can do this!

lilygirl81 · 21/10/2015 12:11

Sammy We are all thinking of you, really hope you get a good outcome, some good news would be great today x

lucieloos · 21/10/2015 12:11

Good luck Sammy! Sorry to hear about the bleeding lilly. Can you not just say you don't feel very well, make something up if you prefer, say you've been sick, have a sore throat, bad stomach and then take the rest of the week off.

loopylou1984 · 21/10/2015 12:28

Just got out, things are ok.

My lining has increased from 3.9 to 6.0 and I have a 14mm follicle. The only concern is that there was a 14mm one sitting there on my baseline scan and obviously they don't know if it's the same one just not growing.

She did say that the pain I've had could have been the follicle (or cyst as she kept calling it) shrinking back.

So the lining needs to get to 6.3 at least, have another scan on Friday morning and have to keep opk-ing!

She wasn't really sure what else could be causing the pain, but said everything looks fine. Xx

lilygirl81 · 21/10/2015 12:34

Sammy that sounds good, fx for Friday xx

chopsface · 21/10/2015 12:36

So sorry lily how awful for you. I agree that you should go home sick hun.

Beansprout30 · 21/10/2015 13:29

lily Flowers and hugs, always tricky with work but I think you should go home if you've not already, just tell a porkie migraine or something?

sammy pleased your scan went well Smile

Could you update my stats when you can glittery please? I think these are correct but I'm losing track about

32, ttc#1, cycle 17(?) bfp due 23rd October

Wish we could afford to go private, had baseline tests done and all ok, dr referred us back in June and still have no bloody appointment! I don't necessarily want to go straight towards ivf but just want all the investigations done to see if there is something wrong which we don't know about!

Hi to everyone else Smile lunch break over, back to it!!

Nomio23 · 21/10/2015 13:46

Hi lovelies,

Glittery, welcome back! Well done on the weight loss & getting all your tests done.

Lily, I am so sorry. I hope you manage to go home & grieve in peace.

I was doing the stats, but have dropped the ball the last couple of weeks. Sorry, guys. Blush

Bumsnet is what my DH calls the forum, and somehow it just stuck!

Hairstylisttoboris · 21/10/2015 13:47

lily I'm so sorry love. Go home, blame an upset stomach if you need to. Be kind to yourself.

sammy it sounds cautiously optimistic. fx for you.

bean you are moving slowly but moving towards getting your own sticky bean. Hang on in there.

Right as for me today.... I have tonsillitis and feel crap. I broke a tooth on a sandwich. My DBro is in hospital with heart complications. It's a crappy crappy day.

We went to the GP. DHs SA was much better this time, not far off normal (forgot to take notes). So we are probably not male factor infertile just unexplained. He said don't go for ivf now but have the rest of the tests on the NHS that we are entitled to like lap and dye (This may take three months or more). He confirmed we wouldn't get ivf due to DH already having children. he said to stick with the nhs for a little longer and keep trying. Ladies, I walked away in tears. I get his logic but don't want to keep waiting.

It turns out my mascara isn't waterproof either. Anyhow i must go call a dentist. Sigh. Sob.

GlitteryClitoris · 21/10/2015 13:52

sammy phew! 14mm folly and 6mm lining - all very promising. Now to limbo onto Friday Brew

bean are you taking any vitamins? Have you had CD21 bloods done?

DizzyMerry · 21/10/2015 13:56

Oh gosh lily I'm so sorry Flowers you don't need tell your boss at this moment just tell him you're not well and need to get home. You really should be at home looking after yourself. It's rubbish and cruel for it to end like this x

GlitteryClitoris · 21/10/2015 14:01

Hi nomio - thank you v much. how are you getting on with your healthy eating?

I think the stats are editable so if anyone/anything is wrong or needs updating then please feel free to do so.

boris fuck what a day. sorry to hear about your Dbro. Hope you get the tooth sorted and feel better soon. It comes in three's so hopefully no more shit for you this week/month!

I get the GP's logic too but if you don't want to wait then don't wait. You don't have to. But that will mean spending money to find out exactly what is going on. What does your DH say about it all? what is his opinion?

Nomio23 · 21/10/2015 14:03

Oh, Boris, what a crappy day. I wish I could come & give you a big hug. On the bright side though, there is nothing wrong with DH. That is massive news! If I were you, I would put my name down at a couple of clinics abroad (they often have waiting lists of several months), and in the meantime get as many tests as you can done on the NHS. That way when you do go for your IVF, you will be completely ready. X

I am really not feeling hopeful this month. I feel like I am just going through the motions, but don't actually believe it will happen. I am just counting down time until they will refer me for IVF.

DizzyMerry · 21/10/2015 14:07

I've no idea when AF will arrive post mmc dizzy. I have read on the mc boards that it could be 4-6 weeks.

Thanks for the stats glittery. I'll update mine when AF arrives.

DizzyMerry · 21/10/2015 14:11

Big hugs boris. Sorry to hear about your DB. I agree with nomio that way you'll be prepared and won't have to have the tests repeated and you'll be doing something in the meantime.

nervoussam · 21/10/2015 14:49

Wouldn't even know where to start with my stats, perhaps someone can help? As I've technically not had a cycle since coming off the pill 18 months ago, would I be 0 cycles?

GlitteryClitoris · 21/10/2015 15:15

Up to you sam we can put down 18 cycles or 0 until you get your first bleed?

GlitteryClitoris · 21/10/2015 15:24

Boris it will be worth every penny to put your mind at ease. I promise.

Nomio aw don't feel like that. Every effort is a chance it could happen. Don't lose hope.

Nomio23 · 21/10/2015 15:29

I would say 0, Nervous, as you haven't had a proper cycle yet. Up to you though, I can put both if you like!

Glittery, my weight loss has come to a grinding halt lately! We are currently stopping with DH's parents while we wait for our house sale to go through & there are no gyms near by. Plus I have been ill for the last few weeks & couldn't be bothered dieting, plus I am stress eating while we wait for news of our house! I think I am going to try Slim Fast for a couple of weeks just to get muyself started.

GlitteryClitoris · 21/10/2015 15:43

There is no rush nomio go at your own pace. You will get back into the swing of it when you are more settled into your new home.

nervoussam · 21/10/2015 16:15

Thanks glittery and nomio put me down at 0 then and it will feel like more of an achievement when I finally get my cycle back! I'm 31, TTC number 1 and will update you with my BFP due date once I get my cycle - whenever that may eventually be!

nomio we also have a house move going through, its so stressful I'm sure it can't help the process! Hope you're not going insane at the in-laws, I'd struggle!

Pixa · 21/10/2015 16:49
