Hi been away on holiday to centre parcs with friends this week has a great time , woke up this morning with af Iv had to have paraceptomol and ibrufeon. As the pain was so bad,

Any hints on how to get in the mood, and persuade DH I genuinely want to dtd when you feel rubbish? My new meds are great for my pain, but make me feel really sick a lot of the time. Planned to dtd last night but ended up curled up in bed with the puppy instead. Really want to give it a shot tonight as trying the SMEP idea, though got a negative on my cbfm this morning, so it's not a huge deal.

What do you all have planned for the weekend? I'm hoping that if we can find a puppy sitter, DH and I will get out to the cinema and maybe even for dinner. We both love Bill Bryson so hoping to go see 'A Walk in the Woods'

Glad to hear they kicked in rainy! I once cried at the Boots lady as she was dithering over giving me feminax. She handed it over pronto then :)

I sometime get such bad pain I have to take cocodamol and ibuprofen, but other months feel absolutely fine! Our bodies are strange things.

Lily, I don't really know what to suggest. Would dirty books erotic fiction do it for you? I sometimes find just putting sexy undies on gets me in the mood. Erm, candlelit bath?

AF hasn't found me yet. I am out of prog. pessaries, so was expecting my usual 9 day LP, which means she is due today. If there is still no sign tomorrow, I will test when I get back home, but I don't feel like I am PG.

I love Bill Bryson too & want to go see the film. I really hope it has not been ruined like so many adaptations are.

I'm on CD21 now, looks like I probably ovulated on CD19 (based on cm) we DTD on CD15,16 and 17 so I guess now I just wait...! Feeling like crap though. Having not had a natural cycle for about 10 years I forgot what this PMT stuff feels like :-(

Hope everyone is feeling good today. A bath worked a treat for me last night, plus I think having told DH it wouldn't be happening, the pressure was off so it was easier...if that makes sense. Had a great nights sleep too, and not feeling sick so far ?? Cbfm was negative this morning, so still got a while to go I think

I really hope they haven't ruined the book too, I get so annoyed when they do that, often for no good reason I can see. Just need to get a puppy sitter and we will be off on our date night ??

Spinning - I'm equally excited that the app is back. I hate the mobile site.

So I had my baseline scan this morning, all is ok except a small patch which could be a polyp. Although they had a special 3d scanner and the nurse called a little while ago to say she's almost certain it's not a polyp.

So I start my tablets today, 1 three times a day, and first injection tonight. Transfer will likely be around 13th October.

We mentioned that we were being referred for nhs IVF so if this doesn't work we have a back up and the nurse told us that for the nhs round we'll have to start again completely. We can't use our privately frozen embryos first. What a waste of money, no wonder the nhs is in trouble! Xx

My news, I'm cd18 today and bloomin' FF has.confirmed ov on cd15.....cd bloody 15 of all days!!! I never ever ov that early!! So this is great news because I'm looking at a short cycle for a change (if FF is correct) however it's bad news because on cd15 we hadn't dtd for four days, and we did on cd16 but it would probably be too bloody late!! Looking back at my period tracker, I haven't had a cycle that short Since I started logging it in April 2014!!

However, I have had a cold this week so my temp rise might be something to do with that (fx). Will see what tomorrow's temp looks like? I've got a sneaking suspicion that FF might be right though as my boobs have already started hurting in a post-ov style fashion. Ugh! If I've missed my window completely I'm going to be well hacked off!!

Lucie, I forgot to say hi to you yesterday, but it is great that you have a plan in place. Hopefully you will be able to relax more knowing that you are on your way.

Still no AF yet. I don't dare get excited though, as I have all the signs she is on her way. Might not be a bad thing, as there is a screaming baby on my train making me reconsider the whole TTC thing right now!

I haven't been doing opks nomio. Been having ew type cm since the beginning of the week, particularly wet yesterday, but I usually get it for several days. Temp went up by .30 degs c on Friday and dropped back slightly today, so it's either a fall back rise or a total red herring!
