Hi ladies,

I'm new to this and need some advice.

I stopped taking my pill around 16th August and had a withdrawal bleed on the 20th. Before I was on the pill I had one shot of Depo in November, never went back for the second and then went on the pill for about 4 months. Going by an ovulation calculator I should have ovulated on the 2nd September.

For the last few days I've had extremely sore nipples, nausea, can't stop peeing and I know this may sound strange - but also been hiccuuping quite alot (I had this with my first pregnancy which sadly ended in a MC at 20 weeks).

I'm not due a period for a week but I done a cheapy test yesterday which I thought was negative and threw it back in my bag. I then checked it later and saw a teeny tiny line, which I read could be an evap line. So I done another this morning and the line came up straight away. Its barely visible but its there in the light.

I'm so eager to know, what do you think? I have that gut feeling but I don't want to get my hopes up!

No idea. Post a photo or wait a couple of days and retest

I have tried to take a photo but you cannot see it on the camera.

I have just got a negative on a clear blue digital but they say you can test 4 days early, right now I would be 7 days early. Is there still a chance I could be but I'm just testing too soon?

If a line came up within the time it says to wait on the test, then that's not an evaporation line.

Testing 7 days early may well be too soon - usually in the test instructions there's a table telling you what the accuracy rates are depending on when you're testing.
