Day 21 bloods- am I missing some results?

Hi ladies,

I'm hoping you you may be able to help me. I had my day 21 bloods done last week (although not on day 21 as my cycles are 43 days :(). The tests were done either 6dpo/7dpo.

I got my progesterone results today which were 33.1 and testosterone which was 2.4, both of which, according to the GP comments, are normal. I'd read that a result of 30+ means you've ovulated so I'm hoping that's a good sign?

When I was sent for my bloods the form also said testing for FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (lutenising hormone). I wasn't given these results today. Are FSH & LH tested in their own right or is it part of the progesterone result? I hope what I am asking makes sense! I'm just wondering if I should be getting a separate FSH & LH score too?

Thank you :)

You should have those results if they were on the pathology request form, but they won't tell you much as LH and FSH are the hormones that trigger ovulation, do those numbers are irrelevant post-ovulation anyway. Hope that helps Smile
