Any successful conception stories at 42 or older?

I have one baby who is less than a year old and want another. I'm 42 so if I'm going to go for it then I need to just do it.

Just wondering if there's any others out there who conceived naturally at 42+

I suppose, technically speaking, I was 41.9. DS is 9 now. My friend was 45!
