Detox

How long a period of detox would you consider is appropriate for a man before trying to conceive? a moderate drinker and smoker. Would you recommend any other health tips to help the chances of conception and things to avoid?

I wouldn't think any detox was necessary, although much better to give up smoking anyway.

I wouldn't say detox more a new healthy living regime. Giving up smoking is a given, I just thought there may be a time frame to quit before DTD
