Hello all, just sharing a worry, my AF is overdue now by a few days and while I feel like it will probably arrive (negative pregnancy test) I am a bit concerned as for last few days I've had quite a persistent sharp pain in a very specific right side just above the hip I think. Any thoughts? I've been taking pre conception vits and so I think I just might be gearing up for a mega visit from AF but also could it be signs of ectopic even if pg test negative? Or a cyst maybe?
