Hi (big wave)
So you clicked on here cos you were looking for me (I'm flattered!) or the title seemed interesting!
I'm aware it doesn't really explain but we are bunch of lovely ladies all TTC and going ever so slightly crazy with it! For more info see our original thread here - www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2412386-TTC-anxious-over-early-pregnancy-possible-symptoms?msgid=56357000#56357000

We are symptoms spotters extrodinaire - you name it we've had it, real and/or imagined Confused
We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

  1. No judgement - we all lead different lives and have different standards and that is fine. You wanna get wasted everyday of TWW, that's fine. You wanna abstain completely, that's fine. We need support, not judgement.
  2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
  3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

So that's it, jump in and FX'd for all my lovelies xx

My DH is the same - how do they stay so relaxed!

Good luck with the colp review Pirsy. I had mine in July - a barrel of laughs after two inadequate smears. Happily everything was fine. I have to go again in January though.

PrtyPsn · 28/09/2015 13:56

Finally got round to reading some of Baby Making Bible... I seem to be all fertility types lol there's around 5 - 9 aspects of each type that fit me...

Yeh Prty me & the BMB book didn't get on either. I ended up throwing it in the back of the wardrobe in frustration!

LittleAindy · 28/09/2015 17:39

Hello all!

Prty, I know what you mean about having a tummy full of love by Christmas. There's just something about it that would feel extra special if you were Pg by then. However I still have high hopes for you with your well timed basting. Fx'd for the TWW!

AF has been kind to me this time and is packing her bags at the end of day 4, like she jolly well should! (Not drag it out for 10 days like last cycle!). So I enter the new TWW until my fertile window. Will be interesting to see if we are back on it by then. OH and I had a much more positive weekend than the previous two, so hopefully we are on the right track again. Whether or not we decide to TTC is another chapter.

Here, I'm done with these - flings the unfinished packets of custard creams, bourbons, and rich teas into the middle - time for me to get those veggies in!

Stripes1983 · 28/09/2015 19:50

Hey ladies, had a few days off whilst away for the weekend , still no sign of AF, tomorrow I should be getting a call back from the nurse with my blood results - finally ! I too thought I'd be pregnant at Xmas, even put off getting a dress for FIL wedding in Nov as thought I'd have a bump by then - I have just brought a dress now ! Hope your all ok xx

neetie1 · 28/09/2015 19:55

hey guys need cheering up...had a crap day at school, getting another child taking me to 31 and he is low attainer but of course they will expect me to still get the same amount of children to their required levels.....
missing DH...still another four sleeps to wait....
dogs trashed the pet first aid kit amongst other things when I was at work....
i hate not being pregnant yet.....
and Baby bible says I'm cold/damp and to not eat chocolate or dairy....
feck all chance of giving up chocolate...so all in all bloody fed up....

Stripes1983 · 28/09/2015 20:19

Oh neetie sounds like you have had a shitty day! Sending you a big squeeze of a hug and 1kg bar of cadbury's - taking chocolate away from a woman ttc doesn't make sense !:)

themoo · 28/09/2015 20:24

hugs neetie

Went to homebase. Pregnant people everywhere. Gah.

shares cheese straws

Pirsy1 · 28/09/2015 20:37

Neetie sounds like you had a horrible day! Hope the next 4 sleeps go quickly so you get your DH back.

I think there is a good chance that this thread will have some pregnancies by Xmas! We have got October and November to go ... and if we're not, well we can enjoy all the alcohol and soft cheese!

Stripes I have put off committing to a wedding on my husbands side in a few weeks time, because I kept thinking, I'm going to be pregnant and I'll have to make excuses for not drinking etc and it will be really difficult. Today I have realised that this is more than likely not going to be the case and I am going.

PrtyPsn · 28/09/2015 21:00

(is quietly hanging around thread, eating chocolate and using any excess energy to think up clever new thread name in 90 posts time)

Stripes1983 · 28/09/2015 21:25

Yep pirsy same here , was thinking I'll have to be sober while OH is drunk but looking less likely! Even had stupid thoughts about being 3 months just around wedding and being able to tell FIL then ! Doh ! Ooh prty I'm excited what's it going to be !!

neetie1 · 28/09/2015 21:26

Prty's gang hoping for an extra present in their christmas stocking this year??

Stripes1983 · 28/09/2015 21:33

It's gotta involve 'Foofnetters' - was that you, moo?

Stripes1983 · 28/09/2015 22:18

Haha we will have our own dictionary soon :)

MrsKittenPie · 29/09/2015 07:58

Morning.
Not a good day for me, bfn again and spotting which means af on the way. I've had enough of ttc. I'm drained, fed up, pissed off, angry at everything. This will be cycle 16 now and I just haven't got the energy to pick myself up yet again. Once again I've convinced myself that it was my month and once again let down. I am sick of being broken and I'm sick of seeing everyone around me getting pregnant so damn easily. Sorry for the rant but I'm sat at my desk at work where I've got to help everyone and instead I feel like shouting then curling up in a ball and having a damn good cry. Sorry everyone

PrtyPsn · 29/09/2015 08:10

So sorry to hear this kitten a big fat squeeze for you x
I can't imagine how hard it must be after 15 cycles but remember you have come this far, you have kept yourself going all this time because of faith and hope - exactly what us strong ladies run on. You will get there, it's hard right now but in a few days time AF will be gone and you can move forward. I believe in you x

So sorry kitten Thanks

MummyBex1985 · 29/09/2015 12:37

Hugs Kitten - I know how frustrating it is for me after only a few months so I can only imagine how heartbreaking it is after 15 months.

Pirsy1 · 29/09/2015 16:59

Sending you hugs kitten. I hope your day has got better since this morning. I think TTC is a bit soul destroying - unless you're one of the lucky ones that gets pregnant at the drop of a hat. It is hard to keep picking yourself back up again every month and it plays on your mind and puts a strain on your relationship. Did you make an appointment to go back to your doctor (the nice one)? I am giving it one more month and then Im going to the doctor - we have been TTC for 12 months now (were long distance for some of that time) but I think it might put some pressure off to go to the doctor and put it in someone else's hands ifyswim.

I am pretty sure I am gearing up for AF now. Feeling really bloated and had some horrible lower abdo pains today, plus tired, headachy and spotty.

MrsKittenPie · 29/09/2015 17:41

Thank you everyone for your lovely messages. You have all helped me, I can't talk to anyone in real life, dh just doesn't understand and no else I know has struggled. I'm okay. It'll take me a few days to pick myself up but I'll get there. No haven't made another appointment yet. Thank you again - you're all amazing and I want us all to get our bfps and then all go through our pregnancies together Grin x

SharyBobbins · 29/09/2015 19:25

Oh Kitten Flowers I'm so frustrated after 9 months so I dread to think how you're feeling. I don't know about you but I'm scared to think positive about ttc. I'd rather be pessimistic saves getting let down Sad

Stripes1983 · 29/09/2015 21:40

Oh kitten so sorry to hear you feeling low, it's so hard to keep picking yourself up, not much advise I can add I'm afraid other than I can only imagine what your feeling after the comparatively short time I've been ttc so sending lots of hugs xx

neetie1 · 30/09/2015 06:39
