Hi
This may be a dumb question, but for those whose periods are not an exact science, how do you work out your average cycle? I mean what time period do you use? 6 months, 9 months, a year...?
Thanks x

Not a dumb question at all. Seems like pretty difficult maths to me.
Tricky one. Is it to pinpoint your most fertile days to aid conception? If so I'd be inclined to start tracking ovulation by using a Clearblue digi OPK as I've had sucess with them. As yiur cycle lengths vary so much it must be difficult to know at what point each month you're most likely to get oregnant. So those kits will help highlight those specific days.

Agree with size three. I've tried OPKs from CD10 but get squat unfortunately.

I also use the Ovia app to track everything. It sort of guesses your fertile window and when next AF should be due. It might give you a starting point at least Smile
