Risk of pregnancy?

So my last period started on 10/08/15 and I had sex on the 14/08/15 (very last day of period hardly any blood) there was an 'accident' and I'm not on the pill (makes heart condition worse) and now on wondering whether this is a risk or pregnancy. I think I ovulated today (22/08/15) so is there a risk of pregnancy with me having sex on the 14/08/18????

Hi - in short, I'd say it was pretty unlikely. What makes you think you ovulated today? If you're right then you shouldn't be pregnant as I think sperm only lives for 5 days (please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong anyone)

Thank you
I always feel pain every month when I'm ovulating. I know it probably sounds silly but I do lol

It doesn't sound silly - some women do feel it!

But I think PG is unlikely. You will OV 14 days before AF is due so the earliest usual chance to get PG would be 19 days before AF is due. Unless you have an irregular cycle of course.

Hugely hugely unlikely n

You don't necessarily ovulate 14 days before your period is due. An average luteal phase (time between ov and period) is between 10 and 16 days and is pretty much fixed for each woman.

Anyway, if you are pretty sure you're ovulating today then sex 8 days ago is extremely unlikely to result in conception. The chances are almost non existant tbh. However, you can't know for absolute certain.

I can feel ovulation btw. Lots of women can. It's a cross between a bruised ache and a strange javelin up the arse type sensation. Grin
