Just wondering if there are any other lurkers in the same boat as me, planning to TTC in December/January?

I came off the pill three months ago and have only had one pathetic AF in that time, so very glad I came off early but also pretty anxious at how messed up things are, 1st cycle was 39 days, this one is 40 and courting.

So who's with me? I can't be the only person on here who is actually hoping for AF!

Bobo there is no pain just it's more red than brown! And it seems like it's mixed with mucus but still feel a bit uneasy thinking its another period haha. But the feeling in my stomach is the type I get when I'm due on. :/ xxxx

Chapman that fx it's ovulation bleeding what cd are you? Have you had any positive OPK?

Good look girls in the tww lots of positive sounding symptoms hopefully AF will stay away!!!

I'm on CD19 slightest faint line on OPK so fx it gets darker over the next few days.

Quite a few of my friends who are pregnant/new mums have said they just dtd every other day and fell pregnant it's stressing me out as we only Dtd once or twice a week and I don't want to force it or put too much pressure on my OH x

i hope so yvonne! i had a faint line yday havent been home yet to do one. i will as soon as i get in. hoping it is just ov bleeding and not another period. think id cry.

good news about your faint opk fx for you it gets darker! that is the same with me yvonne although i mentioned we need to step it up and he agreed reluctantly xxx

Tested and no second line not even the faintest one. Tbh though I've been drinking water all day and my wee wasn't strong it was almost clear so don't know whether that has anything to do with it. Feeling a bit confused haha! XXXX

I'm in the dreaded TWW, what's worse I am not sure if I am 6 or 8 DPO! Going to try my best to wait until the weekend to test so I try to avoid any false negatives.
Temps are still high so fingers crossed. Confused xx

Yvonne - yeah I tested when I was home from work about 8.20 so very late no hope to be fair. But we dtd on sat and Sunday so night off today will dtd tnorrow and Wednesday we shall see! Still light bleeding :(

Sorry to hear of your ov bleeding Chapman, hope it passes quickly for you! I never knew you could get ov bleeding/spotting! My OPK I did after work was also so faint yesterday & my CB digital one was (again) negative this morning. Really thought my lines would be getting darker by now. Oh well! Good luck with your OPKs Yvonne. Hope they get darker too for you! Your CM sounds a good sign first, maybe this your body gearing up for its surge! Xx

cookie lets hope so. I'm getting more than just a little impatient for it now! no way able to keep up dtd eod with a cycle this long and shift work!

Hi ladies...Sorry I haven't posted in a bit past my initial couple of posts...

Recap: I came offrom zeletta on Dec 12th... no bleed, got a positive pregnancy test on the 27th, then only negative tests past that point. Not had a bleed.

Today I got this and the midwife is over the moon. Booking appointment on Thursday. How crazy!

So it's kind of proof of 1) I feel pregnant straight after coming off the pill and 2) you don't have to have a bleed before you can fall. Good luck to you all ❤❤

Well AF has shown up in full force today so I'm back to square one. I'm so upset I just cried this morning. I don't think this is helping me fall pregnant at all. Don't know why it's happened but never mind.

cnchapman i'm sorry. how long was your cycle? did you manage to catch your ovulation this cycle?

still waiting for mine, opk like this just now (the darkest I have had when I have avoided using flu). will test again later and se if it is getting any darker. not confined though as I have been here before this cycle.

firstgo yes, on 11th of January... I was told it was 'unlikely' I was pregnant by my GP and the midwife said she still wanted to see me as I hadn't bled since the first positive result

Got one strong OPK a few days after the blood test but midwife told me not to take it into account...

Don't be sorry firstgo it's cool x around the time of the blood test I think! May have been a few days after. Was FMU as well which was unusual to get a strong result apparently but I have no idea! We'll find out if I caught around that time once I have my scan I guess but still doesn't explain 4 positive tests in December and no bleed between?!

choc I would suggest that the mosyt likely thing is that negative HCG test on 11th Jan was correct but that this is a pregnancy after you ovulated soon after that date. I cannot explain the BFP earlier in your cycle!

I would imagine you are going to need another blood HCG level and scan to help date you!

Yes I'm being booked in for a scan after my booking appointment on Thursday... interestingly this happened with my son too and I expected to see a 7 week baby on the scan... he was 10! So the original blood test didn't show it... really odd!!

Hugs Chapman Hope you're ok lovely.

Going to get some OPKs for sure this month, want to know if i'm ovulating at all. Still getting light periods - nothing like i used to have - and from what i've read this could mean i'm not actually ovulating. My only issue is timing and when i need a wee! I leave work at 5 and normally try for a wee before the journey home and then don't need to go much before bed. so not sure when i could do my OPK. Any advice?
