Severe pain for 4 days now what seems like an implantation bleed

I'm not due on until next Wednesday, but for the last 4 days I've had severe pain in lower abdomen and bloating, bad enough to make me double over and feel sick at times.

This morning I thought I had come on, had a patch of blood and period-like amount when I wiped, but since this I have only had pink tinted discharge so am thinking this seems like implantation, but is the lower abdominal pain, which feels less intense but more on one patch of lower left side today, a sign of an ectopic pregnancy?

I would be worried about the possibility of an ectopic.

Would waiting until next week for a doctors appointment be ok or should I go to a&e if the pains the same over the weekend?

Second the possibility of ectopic.
Also sounds similar to when I had a large ovarian cyst burst/rupture but I was only in pain for 2 days but I had a light period.
Please get medical advice as soon as you can though.
