Pilates during 2ww?

Does anyone know if it's ok to do Pilates during the 2ww? I can't find any pro advice online? Thank you

It's fine. I wouldn't change anything really until you see those two lines. It might take ages to get a positive and you can't spend half your life walking on eggshells just in case.
I went on a really bumpy speed boat on mine, I had to sign a waiver confirming I wasn't pregnant. I was I just didn't know it yet! All is fine though

Carry on as normal until you get a positive. Regardless Pilates is fine in pregnancy

Thanks. I missed my class tonight as I didn't know what to do. Good to read about the speedboat, I'm going away in a few days and worried about everything! Most probably not even pregnant.
