Big scary consultation after testing completed - Advice Please

I finally have an appointment to go back and see my consultant!!!

I have no idea what to expect at the consultation - Can anyone think of questions I should ask? I'm hoping I'll get some sort of diagnosis and a next step treatment plan rather than just being told I need more tests/try longer/give up!

I've has routine bloods. Day 21 Bloods, Day 3 Bloods, HSG & Internal ultrasound. He's had bloods and seamen analysis.
TTC no 1 - 2 years 9 months. No BFP ever. Irregular periods - 15 to 41 days.

Can anyone recommend a there appropriate for where I am in the process?
