I already know I'm pregnant but

Since I've found out I'm pregnant I keep feeling sick, round the same time.. Every day!
Is this morning sickness or just convenient?

When i was pregnant first te, my sickness was like clockwork :-) every day at 6.30am & then again after work roughly 7pm right through until i fell asleep! x
