Getting ready to start TTC

Hi everyone

Newbie here. I'm 33, will be 34 in December a week after I get married. My OH and I want to start TTC straight away. I've had my implant out so I can get an idea of my cycles (didn't have a period on the implant). Can anyone offer any advice on what I should be doing to ensure when we start we're in the best place possible?

Thanks

Folic acid and ttc multivitamins? Optimum weight and good fitness. Good luck. X

Thanks. Is there a recommended time ahead to start taking them?

Folic acid. Although if your bmi is high you'll need a higher dose which you can get from your GP.

And have lots of sex! Don't get bogged down in temping and charting to start with. I conceived my first at 33 very quickly. Good luck!
