Anyone else TTC after MC?

After 3 years of TTC I got the BFP but then had a MC at 5 weeks +5 in May . AF arrived on 16th July. Went to Doctors last week they said don't wait basically get on with it! I have always been irregular anything from 29-32 days so I don't know when I'm ovulating Help and advice welcomed x

Hi MG34, didn't want to leave you're thread unanswered. Sorry to hear about your loss, I'm just starting to try again after mmc at 12w in June, 1st AF 17th July. I thought about getting OPKs but have decided just to to go with regular Dtd and see what happens. Do you have any clear ovulation signs? If not then trying around days 12-19 should cover you.

It's hard building up the enthusiasm for trying again, but fingers crossed you have good news soon xxx

I am sorry for your loss. I have irregular cycles too, since having dc2 they range from 31-42 days. I use the fertility friend app and track my cervical mucus to tell when I am ovulating. I don't ovulate every month (I don't in 42 day cycles) but when I do it is usually around day 18-22.
I miscarried 3 weeks ago as well, it took us 4 years to conceive dc1, with dc1 and dc2 we dtd a lot around my expected ovulation dates, this time we have just been having lots of regular sex all through my cycle as it had become a bit mechanical previously and I wanted to avoid that this time.

I'm sorry for your loss. I only miscarried last weekend but it's my second miscarriage in 3 years...had my daughter in between. Really want to start ttc again but I'm unfortunately still bleeding which is really frustrating to me. It seems everyone is pregnant around me and that's all I want too!

After my first miscarriage, we waited 3 months before ttc again and got pregnant straight away so I'm hoping it will happen again. Thing is, I have no problem getting pregnant...it's keeping the pregnancy which is difficult to me. Feeling like such a failure lately and so lost. Don't really feel like dtd either but I think it's because the hormones have messed my body around. Hoping we both get a bfp soon!

Sorry for your loss MG34. I had a MC on 28 May- my first and so far only pregnancy. Why don't you come and join us on the "TTC after MC (#7) - fx for better times ahead" thread, everyone is really friendly and supportive of each other.

Hi Rebook it will be so raw for you at this time I felt like a zombie miy first week and just wanted to curl up in a ball and cry at how unfair it is. All the at least you can get pregnant cliches came flooding in but as you say gettin pregnant and carrying a baby to term are two different things. I hope all goes well for you TTC x
