High NK cells anyone on steroid treatment? Need advice

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone was diagnosed with high NK cells and now have to take steroids?
I was told to start taking prednesolon from the day of my ovulation for 10 days and then if preganant continue taking, if not stop and repeat the same process next month. My question is if my cicle is 28 days and I ovulate approximately on day 14/15, that means I have to stop taking prednesolon on day 25, but then there will be a gap between me either getting my period or discovering I'm pregnant. Has anyone had similar treatment, what did you do?

Is it better to start taking prednesolon later in the cycle so there is no gaps or is having 2-3 days gaps ok?
I tried contacting my doctor, but haven't heard back.

Basically the expectation is that you do a test on day 10 to see of pg or not - if pg result should come day 10, or 11, or 12! It's not an exact science. There's a long running series of threads in conception for women using pred, have a look there for more up to date advice
