What CD day are you? I had exact same IC result this morning on day AF due, held wee for 4hrs then did FRER and it was also +ve - good luck!!

I did yes, within ten minutes for sure. But nearing the end of the time frame and not straight away.

I'm cycle day 28 ish. I'm a little erratic of late. Sometimes I come on 29 days, others it's 33 days and it's back wards and forwards like that.

It's so faint. It could be an evap line. I can't wait for the morning.

I've taken some more now. And fiddled around with the contrast on one. It looks so promising.

A line being faint tells you nothing. It doesn't mean it's an evaporation line. Evaporation lines happen when the urine starts to dry. They are generally colourless and appear after the window in which you're supposed to read the test.

So if you have a line with colour which appeared within the time limit, then it's positive.

What Saul said about colour and evap lines - if it stays pink you should be good!

Btw I was CD28 too so if you can hold your wee then you should be ok to test FRER later today!

I caved. I couldn't help it. A second line has come up on the FRER. It's faint but it's there and pink not gray.
Holy balls. I'm not sure whether to show DH yet or wait it out a little longer. You can see the line yes??

I told him. He got nervous and started shaking.
The past few weeks have been so busy for us. We've had a lot on and both of us have been exhausted by the evenings. We had sex once this cycle. Before I ovulated and before the fertile window. Can't believe it.
I bought a mooncup last month as I read it can aid conception, with the intent of using it this cycle but that never happened. So that's redundant for the meantime. Oh wow. Just can't believe it. I'm still going to buy a CB digital test tomorrow just so I can see for sure and not keep guessing over lines.

I bought an asda digital today and another FRER. I cocked up the digital test so I couldn't read the actual words but the strip test itself shows two big blue lines so that was something.
On the FRER it's reading positive and slightly darker than yesterday. So I'm hoping it's not a chemical pregnancy.

My test with DD was like the first one. I forgot to look at it and put it in the bin. Then went back for another look.

They look like good FRER lines to me.

We've been casually TTC for nearly two years and then kicked it up a notch and took things seriously late last year/early this year. I was becoming a little concerned TBH and intended to book in with my GP. I made an appointment to see my nurse nearly two weeks ago for her to check my undercarriage and make sure it was all in order and looking ok. I told her my concerns and she advised me the GP. But this has happened and I couldn't be happier.
