I've heard it mentioned in RL and on here and just wondered what it's like? I cant say that I've ever felt anything so I'm either not affected or oblivious to be able to differentiate it from other twinges that I get. Would I really know if I got it? Is it a sharp pain, dull ache, come in waves? does it last a few seconds, minutes, hours? Is it like period pain low down, or is it near your belly button? Also by the time you are feeling ov pain is it too late to do the deed, or you still have lots of time for the sperm to swim up and meet the egg?
