Ibuprofen in the 2ww

Does anyone know if it is ok to take ibuprofen when pregnant or during the 2ww? Is paracetomol better or worse in this instance??

Paracetamol is the only painkiller that you can take when PG... as i remember from my pregnancies.

Thanks honeyapple. I have a headache and although I don't think I have even ovulated yet this month, I thought I would ask for future use, and get into the habit of taking the right thing if I need it.

Ready - just seen this, apparently, you should not take any anti-inflammatory drugs as they can inhibit prostaglandin release and prevent follicular rupture. Best to stick to paracetamol.
