False reading on clear blue digital?!

I did a clear blue digital test yesterday afternoon it came back positive. I then did a first reponse as a double check which came back negative as did the doctors test that day.
This morning on first wee I did both tests (the second ones from the same packs) both negative
Could it just be too early to tell or just a false reading?!

Are you talking about a PG test?

If so, you can't get a false positive! But your hormone levels could still be low.

I tested as negative with my first when I was two days late but two weeks later had a BFP. Smile

Also I've heard that the GP tests are less sensitive than the over the counter early response ones.

If you still have a negative after a week then it's probably not a viable pregnancy I'm afraid, but given my past experience it's definitely still possible! Good luck!

I'm afraid it sounds a bit like a chemical pregnancy to me - if you had one positive followed by negatives a short while later. Exactly what happened to me when I had my chemical pregnancy (with the same brands of test too!). False positives are extremely rare.

You never know, so if your period doesn't come in a few days then do test again, but didn't want to give you false hope. Good luck OP!
