Oh meems, so sorry it wasn't better news. Totally gutted for you. If you're thinking of more testing then please drop into the rmc thread. In the meantime hope this week passes quickly for you. The limbo is horrible. Big hugs x

I'm so sorry meems it's so cruel. you must be gutted. Hope you 've got some good support. lots of love.

size I don't know where to start with regards to tests would I see gp? mc consultant said no problems with womb as I carried ds and they 've looked around during d&cs x

clairemorgan81 · 08/07/2015 17:16

I don't get how I fell quickly last year now this , can things dramatically change in a short period of time? I'm worrying something wrong x

philippa88 · 08/07/2015 17:47

Meems I am so sorry for you to be going through this again - here's hoping something is seen next week. Big hugs for you until then xx

claire I got referred for the hysteopingogram by a fertility specialist who I saw as it took us 8 months to fall pregnant first and then the 8 month gap between 1st and 2nd. I also got diagnosed who endometriosis and I presume the hysteopingogram was recommended as although I was definitely ovulating, it was taking long time to fall pregnant so they weren't sure the egg was reaching the womb each month so maybe not getting fertilised. It may be worth asking your gp about the specific procedure. The doc who performed it on me certainly said there's an increased conception rate in the following months so worth a bash. I liked it as it felt like I'd had a full fertility MOT!

clairemorgan81 · 08/07/2015 19:03

thanks size I will definitely ask gp next week she seemed lovely last time and said she was willing to do scans etc to put my mind at ease about my constant spotting. something is going on I'm sure of it.Sad it's bloody depressing this malarkey.
sorry I'm on such a downer ladies , yawn x

sizethree · 08/07/2015 20:46

Never apologise Claire, it's really pissy luck, I'm so frustrated for you. X

Kazz2112 · 08/07/2015 20:48

Sorry to hear your scan wasn't the good scan you hoped for but don't give up hope. I'm sure someone on here had exactly the sane experience a few months since and a week later there everything was!

I'm having a bit of a downer this evening. Was just doing some school work and DH came down from upstairs looking really fed up. when i asked what was wrong he just said how hard he's finding all this. We've got so much to give a little person and it's so frustrating atm making no progress. It scares the hell out of me that this may never end. what if we never get our baby? But I can't voice that to him. Hes enough on his plate with his mum being as she is atm too (2 strokes at end of last year). I just wish we had some answers. And I truly feel like this month is our last shot for the trial because of how my dates fall.

Genwah85 · 08/07/2015 21:24

Sorry your feeling that way Kaz, I spoke to trial nurse about dates and she said that not enough women who are already signed up are getting bfps and it's not fair on women who signed up months ago if someone signed up today and caught next month, so they are giving all the women until middle of October before they look at letting anyone else join....so maybe it's more of a benefit that the spaces can't fill on trial from new sign ups rather than you only have until then? Hope that helps put a bit more of a helpful then stressful spin on the October thing :) x

Kazz2112 · 08/07/2015 21:47

Hopefully that's the case! Although different research nurses seem to.be giving different stories.

Just haven't got a clue what our options are and what we do next if I don't get on the trial. I've still not heard when my follow up appointment is at the RMC and it's nearly 3 months.

I hate that this aspect of my life is so out of my control Sad

clairemorgan81 · 09/07/2015 17:37

bfn again today and brown spotting started bang on when expected. I wish it would f off..

how you doing March any more symptoms?x

Marchgirl · 09/07/2015 18:14

Sorry about the bfn claire, but still time. Fingers crossed it's just implantation bleeding.

I Felt hung over this morning (not been drinking) and the acupuncture woman said my pulse was 'pearly' (apparently a sign of pg, though she only said that after i told her i thought i had symptoms!) Supposed to wait until sat to test but might crack tomorrow. I bought 4 packs of frer when they were 2 for 1 (and with the vouchers inside from previous purchases got 8 tests for 16 quid!) So i might allow myself a ridiculously early test

OP posts:
clairemorgan81 · 09/07/2015 18:49

eek I hope they are all good signs. get that test done tomorrow no harm in testing early especially when you got good deals on tests.x

Kazz2112 · 09/07/2015 18:57

ooohhh fingers crossed march. What's the plan when you get a bfp? Are you back on the trial or you following another protocol?

Syudbx · 09/07/2015 18:59

My acupuncturist said a pearly pulse was a v good thing! So crazy how they can tell the difference.

Marchgirl · 09/07/2015 21:11

I Googled it after she said it and it does seem to be a thing in TCM (didn't see anything about it in western medicine! )

OP posts:
Marchgirl · 10/07/2015 06:15

So I cracked (as predicted) and tested. My acu lady was right. Very faint bfp. Absolutely shitting myself that it will turn out the same as the last two (in fact the last five) but sooo hoping it doesn't. So the steroids start today. Just want to be able to give this treatment a proper shot this time

Would love you to have a bfp this month too claire. Keeping everything crossed for you lovely xx

Without sounding stupid what are the steroids ? Xx

philippa88 · 10/07/2015 08:19

Congrats march! Lots of positive lucky vibes coming your way! :) xx

Marchgirl · 10/07/2015 08:36

Thanks all. I'm on steroids because i have high uNK (uterine natural killer) cells louise. The steroids suppress the immune response to try to stop my body killing the babies.
