Awh Mas not at all. It's the positive stories on here that keep me going and I'm sure that's the same for others!

A little pink bundle! How exciting!

Marchgirl · 29/07/2015 22:25

Woohoo brilliant news MAS!!! You must be over the moon :D
We have a private 16 week gender scan a week on Saturday and I cannot wait!!!!
Xx

Brummiemum87 · 30/07/2015 07:24

MAS congratulations on your lovely scan news!! You'll have a house full of pretty pink things!

Good luck with scans today Genwah & March

I spoke to my trial nurse yesterday evening & because I'm scheduled for scan on Monday we're sticking with that appointment unless I get more bleeding or pain.

Choccywoccydodah · 30/07/2015 07:55

Brummie, so glad your bleeding has settled down, it's a blummin long time to Monday I think you're amazing to wait!!

Claire so sorry you're feeling so down, and you kazz. It's such a long process this ttc, espy when you know you can get pregnant, and now this added pressure isn't helping with the trial end date.

Philippa how exciting you have your scan soon squeal!!

MAS congratulations!!! Amazing news!! I don't thing we have any pink babies (that we know of) on here yet do we?? Are you going to tell your ds now? I bet he'll be so excited!!
Yes, your house will now be a sea of pink!!

Gen hope everything goes ok for your scan. Don't worry about symptoms fading, mine did and I think sizes did too.

Hope all goes ok for you too March!!
Scans galore at the mo!! :)

How you doing size? All ok??

Have our 4d scan tomorrow morning, so excited as can finally take ds to see his little brother!! Will be 27+6, third and final trimester from Saturday Grin

Indiedog · 30/07/2015 08:00

Ah Mas a pink, yay. Lovely news, I think your the first pink of those finding out, choccy and I are blue. Philippa, I've changed my mind I'm going for pink for you too.

March and Gen, good luck, I think I may have missed bits so apologise if I miss anyone out.

Kazz, it's a tough ol time and with other people being/getting preg it feels like the world is against you.
Being off work doesn't help either, I know over the last two years when on school holidays your mind has time to go over and over and over, hence I took up running.
I hope if you can get to talk to someone, it gives you a bit of relief and a chance to off load, sometimes that just the ticket.
Have you got a job at home you could focus on over the hols, clearing out for Xmas maybe. Doing a carboot or something in the garden/house.

Xx

philippa88 · 30/07/2015 08:16

I keep flitting from pink to blue and back again!! It'll be so surreal to know baby's sex - kind of makes it more personal if that makes sense?!
How big are everyone's bumps now?? I'll attach my little 14 week one! X

RESPONSE Trial for recurrent miscarriage: Thread#3
Kazz2112 · 30/07/2015 08:25

Hi Indie. I'm currently throwing myself into my personal training sessions and the gym and when I'm not there burying myself in school work. We go to Greece 3 weeks on Tuesday for 11 nights and I want to have everything finished work wise before then. Once that's done I'm going to attempt to paint our en suite and I want to have a mass declutter of the house but some days i just wanna curl up on the sofa.

Just actually been talking to DH and he actually asked when AF was due (Sunday) and said - we never ever tested early before did we? Pg1 I was a week late before we did and it was feint on a clearblue. Pg2 I tested the day I was due on a first response and it was very feint and Pg3 I was 2 days late. Can't remember what we used then. Trying not to give up hope (bfn again today)

clairemorgan81 · 30/07/2015 08:29

kazz Sunday is days away! I'm the same have never tested before af. you never know.

bet you can't wait to show ds his brother choccy, time seems to be flying by. can't believe how far on you all are now.

good luck for scan philippa Smile

hope your feeling more settled size?

xx

Choccywoccydodah · 30/07/2015 09:50

Brummiemum87 · 30/07/2015 09:57

Fab news gen!! X

clairemorgan81 · 30/07/2015 10:23

brilliant news gen so pleased all ok xx

MAS7 · 30/07/2015 10:31

Congrats Gen that's amazing news!! Good luck March.

I think you have nerves of steel to wait Brummie. Not sure I could although it's a great sign that the bleeding has stopped, I think you'll be ok.

We will tell DS at the weekend. Still terrified I am jinxing myself by accepting it but if I don't soon I could find myself in the labor ward come December with absolutely nothing!!

Where are you going for your 3d scan choccy? I want to book one for DS to come. Thinking tummy2mummy in Hinckley. Is 28 weeks a good time? I've never had one before so not sure.

Go back to UHCW on 10th August for another scan as they couldn't view the cord properly although the lady assured me she thought it was fine. I'll never complain about extra scans, I'd go every day if they'd have me!

Brummiemum87 · 30/07/2015 10:38

Monday can't come quick enough, every little twinge & I have to go do a knicker check lol I'm still having a brown discharge/spotting which is unnerving. Just got to try & keep myself busy these next few days, I feel so ill with sickness that I just want to stay curled up in bed but then the time will drag!

Choccywoccydodah · 30/07/2015 10:51

Brummie keeping it all crossed for you.

MAS that's where we're going. They do the hd video at Hinckley, appt is at 11.30. We get dvd, cd of piccies, hard copy piccies, gender confirmation (it better be a boy or I've got a lot of stuff to take back!!) and full AN check for £140 for an hour.
We had one with ds too so only seems fair we get another one for this one! He was 27 weeks gest and great piccies. I'll post one hang on ......

Choccywoccydodah · 30/07/2015 11:01

Here you go :)
(That's my placenta, I thought he had a growth!!)

I can't see pics on the app, so will get online properly.
But great news Gen, it is such a stress waiting and not knowing, then you have a scan, then all ok, then you move on to the next wait!
My motto has been slowly slowly catchy monkey.
My relief now is that I can feel small movements, so it's a reassurance in between stages.
Just got to keep my fingers crossed this bloody placenta moves. 10 weeks to wait for the next scan to check it!!!'!!!
Actually bought a buggy! Hoping it arrives tomar, but it will be kept in the workshop. Not allowed in the house until baby arrives, old wives tale.

Love the anemone name Grin

sizethree · 30/07/2015 11:32

Waheeeeey! What a GREAT day to catch up on the tread. I'm a bit teary actually by the lovly scan news. So delighted for you three.
Sorry it's still a big old battle claire but very glad you're getting some specialist attention soon.
I'm doing well over here. 26 weeks today and baby kicking away energetically. Think he/she is taking after they're Dad with his black belt in karate!

philippa88 · 30/07/2015 11:55

Amazing news on the scans :D it's such a relief seeing the heartbeat, although I still struggle to believe it's actually inside me! Like really?! Lol.

What a neat bump you have choccy - I think I'm gonna end up huge at the rate I'm expanding! :I

Size and indie do we get a bump update? Wink xx
