I have got a lot of pregnancy tests too ? But I'm waiting till I get to 20 weeks then someone can have them ? X

So I left a message for the trial nurse and she called me back to say I need to take all medication with me - presuming I've had my last injection tonight! :o
I have my scan at 11 tmrw then my trial appt after... I will update you all when I can!
Try not to worry Claire, you'll never know but maybe that's a good thing. As someone else said, sometimes I had weird af's but when I had a chemical, I did test positive but they gradually got lighter. Chin up for next cycle :)

anyone with cb tests going spare and willing to give away I would like those please as I have the cheap ones-obviously whenever anyone is ready to give them up as totally understand wanting to wait.

thanks choccy, I'm hoping its just a heavy af this month plus its my 2nd cycle using a mooncupbinstead of tampons so maybe it looks like more? I'm ever so crampy too though x

Awh Louise that's so lovely. the ovulation strips would be amazing. I have loads of pregnancy tests left - more than half but the cb digital ov strips would be amazing! I'll inbox u my address if I cam work it out!

I've never used a moon cup Claire but I definitely think it would make it look more.

So I've just had an apt through from the consultant that discharged me and they want to do growth scans at 28,32,36 and 40 weeks if he's not been evicted! Bloody hell!! That's 10 scans I would have had PLUS I want to book a 3d scan for in 2 week as we have one for ds but also means we can take him. That's a LOT of scans!!!
I think it's because the lady who's just had her baby in Cov (the first RESPONSES baby there) was measuring small and no growth between 34 and 38 weeks so they had to induce her early (she wouldn't come out though until a week later!!) so I'm wondering if it's that and they're just keeping an eye on everyone.

, wow choccy that's a lot of scans!!! Certainly getting monies worth from the NHS!
I've got my 20 week scan on Monday, and trial appt after, but I'm just seeing a hospital midwife as the two that are running the trial are away!

Who put you under a consultant if you don't mind me asking?
As at my midwife appt a week ago, she said she hasn't put me under a consultant as she thinks things will be ok.
Can't remember if you had other things going on or not, that maybe you needed to be with a consultant.

That is good though that they are going to do that for you. I would love to be offered more scans
Have you had any signs of bubs being smaller, or do you think it's all precaution because of the other baby.

I was automatically put under consultant due to mc, I would've thought you should've all been put under consultant too

She discharged me a few weeks back and authorised me for a home birth so I know these are just precautionary.
I've already said to dh that I think this one will be bigger and maybe earlier (ds was almost on time, went into labour day after due, had him early hours following morning 8lb 13).

Yey for 20 week scan!!! Will you find out the gender? Xx

Just been for scan....waiting to see trial nurse, only a small empty pregnancy sack seen...just waiting to see what next, just feel like going home...totally had enough of all this now

don't worry gen aren't you less further on than trial have you? even if 6 wks there's not much to be expected at that point?x

Oh gen, I'm sorry it wasn't more conclusive, but i seem to remember maybe louise(?) Or someone else was also told there was not much there on 1st scan, then following week there was a hb and all was well. Please don't give up yet. And remember, they are counting from first day of smiley. I'd be tempted to count from last, which means you could be as much as 5 days behind what they think (you had 5 smileys didn't you? ) then you might only expect to see the sac. Read somewhere you don't see yolk till 5.3, hb at 6 and fetal pole at 6.3, so if you were only 5.2 you wouldn't expect to see much. Hand holding. This next week is going to be tough until the rescan xxx

Oh Genwah sorry to hear it didn't go aswell as you hoped, you didn't get a positive until quite awhile after ovulation so maybe you aren't as far along as you was thinking...hopefully they'll have you back next week & you'll see a lot more! Thinking of you & keeping everything crossed. I've got my scan on Monday & I'm really nervous.

Just come out from trial nurse....They saw a sack and a yolk and I'm measuring about 5 weeks I explained that that is where I date myself and she said as I didn't get my positive till later on that's what she thought too, got to wait 2 weeks until rescan but she is happy at the moment and just thinks the dating was off and to call if any problems or worries within that 2 weeks so here's hoping :) thank you all xx

Gen March was right it happened to me I went for my 6 week scan and all that was there was a yolk and sac. I convinced myself that was it BUT the following week it was there with a heart beat. I've always measured 3-4 days after my smiley so I have every faith yours will be the same ! It happened to joy too she went the next day and so much had changed ! Xx

Thank goodness it's as it should be at the stage you are gen. I hope I'm not being insensitive here but I had my 12 week scan and baby was such a wriggle!!!! They ended up doing an internal scan cos baby was in such a bad position they couldn't see with the normal scanner!! I'm over the moon :) xx

Philippa congratulations, such a clear pic aswell...i so hope my little bean gets to 12 weeks!! Such a milestone to reach!
Genwah I'm glad trial nurse is sounding positive, I'm sure at your next scan everything will be fine.
My hormones are in full swing today, my little boy had his preschool leaving party & when his teachers were saying their speeches I was a sobbing at the back of the room haha! I bet all the other parents thought I was some crazy momma morning sickness has kicked in aswell! X
