sammy I have been channeling you with the protein game, cottage cheese and chickpea salad for lunch...you've inspired me! DH is vegan so meat is out for us, and I only eat dairy at work really. It makes it so tough. The aches must mean it's working, how exciting!

mummy your weekend sounds lush. I am also realising how much podgier I am post-mc! Think I lost a bit at first and now have bounced too far the other way. Am trying to be sensible this week as bound to be eating rubbish next week when I'm off work.

mummy I'm actually a big scaredy so don't really like fast slides anyway. I was happy staying with nephew in the paddling pool bits most of the time.

mega I didn’t lose any at all, I was getting podgier when pregnant, more eating what I wanted rather than bumpy I think but have just put on since, eating ice cream, puddings and rubbish. Just been on my lunch break and bought office biscuits so I can eat some – being healthy can start tomorrow!

My cycles have been anywhere between 35 and 50 days. Eek! Hopefully now settled down into 35 days but yes, they're a pita in terms of patience and dtd!

Oh on the subject of post mc pudginess I am definitely case in point! I had all my summer stuff away on honeymoon in Dec and they weren't remotely tight. Now I can barely get my shorts done up and gave up trying to zip a dress up

It's CD21 for me, so I went to have my bloods taken. I need to call for the results at the beginning of next week. I thought that it may be sooner, with them being at the hospital and not the GP this time, but apparently not.

I seem to have convinced myself that the clomid hasn't worked... I have dry skin patches and was thinking that if my progesterone was high, I would have quite clear skin. (My skin is naturally dry, so it would never be greasy, but when I was on the progesterone tablets, I got a few spots, which is really unusual for me). I guess I will just have to wait it out and we will see... Really hate all this waiting around! I just want something to happen or something to be confirmed! No AF since November is really starting to be a pain in the ASS! Grrrr.

Hello, how is everyone? I was due to be in my fertile period on the 4th July but still no positive ovulation test :(

Been to the doctors today. She has arranged for a scan on Monday, to see if the miscarriage is complete. Wee sticks are still showing a positive, but I know the hormones hang around for a while. I keep doing them though because I like to know that I haven't made it up,i was pregnant, even if it was only for a few days

kirjava wow 50 is impressive! I haven't knowingly ovulated much at all until recently - this is certainly the first longer cycle I've got a posi opk - always had blanks before. I got it on cd28. Cd38 now but not testing til at least Friday. I am a poas-o-phobe! Your trip sounds incredible. Bali is supposed to be heavenly! Have you been before?

sophie when do you normally ov? I never trust trackers but then my cycles are wacky and I hate temping. Some of the others may be better placed to advise.

nomio so sorry for your BFN lovely. I think they get harder not easier! Will you test again? I also had a weekend of cuddling babies, which was very delightful but only because I like their parents so much!

Just seen your latest update nympho - just devastated for you. How is your DH handling it - still being annoyingly pragmatic? Does anyone else know? I remember the process being physically as well as mentally exhausting so go easy on yourself (not easy when you've got dependents, I know!). Take care.

nympho was the GP one positive? Have they done bloods and confirmed they are decreasing? If tests are still positive then surely it hasn't been confirmed until you have your scan?

mega yoga ended 2 weeks ago so no excuse to avoid Zumba (it was on the same night so haven't been going). But it was too hot last week! I am going tomorrow though - got to at least for in my bikini for my holiday! I am on CD 8 now. It feels like forever since I had a normal cycle so fx I ov on cd14 like my old clockwork!

Eskimo, I get why you are worrying, but if you had EWCM & a positive OPK, I am sure you have ovulated. I was the same though, I didn't believe it until I had my blood test.

Nympho, I really hope things work out for you. Remember how much Sparkly bled, yet her pregnancy progressed perfectly. I don't want to get your hopes up too much, but you never know.

The doc didn't do an additional test I took one of mine in and showed her! So she just went from that. I thought she would order bloods to see if they were decreasing, but she went straight to the early pregnancy unit and ordered a scan. She seemed to think that there was no chance if I was having heavy bleeding, so really the scan is only to see if things have progressed naturally. Thank you for all of your kind words. They mean a lot to me.
