Yours is definitely a positive sunshine!
How many dpo are you crunchy?

CarrotVan · 06/07/2015 13:57

I've just updated the Stats. There are lots of gaps so if you want me to add your data then the usual format is:

########STATS#####
Name, Age, TTC#? Cycle #?, Testing on

Any news from putney, hayley or vap0?

Symptom of the day here - not wanting sugar in my tea. I drove MrVan mad with this when expecting my DS. Yes one day, no the next...Also slight stabby pains in my boobs.

birchy if you're testing on the 9th then I might try to hold out until then. FF says I should test on the 8th but I think I'm due on the 10th. My MIL arrives back on the evening of the 9th so I'd test before she gets here...

MyNameIsSuz · 06/07/2015 14:43

Totally screwing up the stats here carrot, af basically never arrived so I'm in a weird place where I have no idea where I am in my cycle. I think I'll test at the end of the month. ANARCHY!

CarrotVan · 06/07/2015 15:06

I don't mind a bit of anarchy Suz, annoying cycle for you though

Hey hey ladies! Can I join this bus please?

Name: Kez
Age: 28
TTC: number 1, since August 14
Cycle: 10
Testing on: Due on 13th July so would test a few days later if not arrived

This conceiving malarkey is hard work! Not the physical side Grin the mental side Wine

We are due to see our doctor next month to be put forward for tests etc. I really hope it doesn't come to that however I also didn't anticipate it taking this long. Even the laid back 'let's not stress about it' DH is starting to get disheartened about it all Sad

marmitemofo · 06/07/2015 15:25

welcome kitty, crunchy and kez. sorry if I've missed any newbies out but hello all

crunchy your scan sounds v awkward. also I've never heard of a 'funny shaped uterus' affecting conception but I have heard that an unusual shape can lead to prolonged/difficult labour.. I don't know how you found it with your first?

sorry to hear about your wacky cycle Suz

Carrot you are definitely testing too early! so tempting if you have a stack of IC in the house though....

CarrotVan · 06/07/2015 15:26

Welcome kez. I'll add you to the stats when I'm next on the laptop

I know marmite

hangs head in shame

I thought if I did it now with no real expectation of an accurate result then it would hold me over until it was a sensible day.

Hey folks, nice to see some additional irrational POAS waving!

I'm 4DPO. I have no symptoms (because it would be impossible to have them at 4DPO) unless you count THE RAGE, which is most likely early PMS. There are some annoying things, but none quite fit the amount of rage I'm feeling this afternoon. It's properly irrational.

PallasCat · 06/07/2015 18:16

Mr Cat had his initial appt today, and they've cancelled the follow up BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS OKAY!!! Grin Grin Grin
SOOOOOOOO relieved! Haven't been able to get a full breakdown of what they said, so I don't know if they did a scan or what, but whatever... we're all good!
Sadly he's away for work tonight, so no DTD until tomorrow, and I think I ov'd Saturday (CD10 which is early, but distinctive cramps, and I had the same last cycle on CD 10). Will definitely DTD when he gets home tomorrow, just in case. Wink

CarrotVan · 06/07/2015 18:18

That's wonderful pallas

Fantastic news Pallas! So relieved for you!

weechops · 06/07/2015 19:35

pallas that's great news!

Welcome to the new passengers on the bus

I'm 4dpo today and I'm still getting quite a lot of ewcm, and I'm quite crampy. Probably nothing, but I'm taking it as s symptom anyway Grin

carrot step away from the tests woman! (Remind me I said that when I get to 8dpo)

Sizzle81 · 06/07/2015 20:03

So....I wasn't going to post but I'm just feeling a little helpless at the mo. Not sure if there are any medical people on here (and am certainly not asking people to disclose professions if they don't want to) but ... OH is back in hospital. Long story but discovered he was really anaemic at first admission but got better after a transfusion and antiobiotics. We were told that he may have a anaemia disorder but markers show shouldn't cause a prob and the only reason it did was because of an infection. Yesterday I took OH back to A&E as not feeling well and blood level was even lower than first time. Another transfusion given. They are now talking about a bone marrow biopsy and I am scared to death. Really trying to hold it together. Just trying to keep in mind that being in hospital is the best place for him.

Ttc is once again at the back of my mind until this gets fully sorted but reading the posts today has really kept my mind busy.

I was thinking about you today Pallas (hope that's not weird) and am SOOOO happy that you got your good results through so quickly!!!

Sorry for the downer on top of really good news and thank you for listening xxx

PallasCat · 06/07/2015 20:17

Sizzle! Shock You poor thing. Yes I totally feel for you. Very much counting our blessings today, and can only hope you have a quick turnaround and a positive outcome too.
You are absolutely right that he is in the best place. I'm not a medical person. The only comforting thing I can think of to say is that when they start talking biopsy and things (and that's the route I thought we were about to head down) they have very strict targets to ensure a quick identification of what is going on. So hopefully you will get good news, and hopefully you will get it soon.
Do you have supportive family and friends around you? FX for you and OH. xxx

Fuba · 06/07/2015 20:34

Oh sizzle poor you and DH BrewFlowers I hope he gets better soon!

Is stubby pain in boobs actually a symptom of pregnancy? Or is it just ovulation?

I will be testing on Monday I think since I only caught the back end of my ovulation on the sticks so it would of been just over 2 weeks since ov!

Just out of curiosity... Those that are already have DC did you have any giveaway signs that you were pregnant (except the bfp of course)?

FlatWhiteToGo · 06/07/2015 20:34

Pallas - HIGH FIVE! That's absolutely amazing! I'm so happy for you! Wahhhhooooooo! At least any future 2WWs will seem like a doddle after this.

Fuba · 06/07/2015 20:34

Haha stabby pains ... Not stubby pains ... Stupid fat fingers/auto correct Grin

Vikkijayne2507 · 06/07/2015 20:38

Stats
Name: vikki
Age: 28 (29 this month)
Ttc: dc 2.
Testing : no idea came off cerezette a week ago and nothing.

I randomely poas today but nothing. I wish I had a clue where I am in my cycle if anything at all. I was a 28 day cycle girl got pregnant after 1 month so I hate all this randomness

Sizzle81 · 06/07/2015 20:59

Thank you Pallas and Fuba. I'm lucky that I do have supportive family/friends near by. My mum (2hours away) will be here at the weekend. Really hate these nights alone though. Sad

MyNameIsSuz · 06/07/2015 21:08

Sizzle, sorry to hear about your Dh, that must be so worrying.

But yay pallas, that's amazing news!

I used an opk for the first time today!! My stumbling block had been finding something to wee in, I didn't want it to be something we drink out of and we don't use jars of food very often. Bright idea - one of those stupid plastic pots ds uses for paint water! I won't let him have it back.

It's only my first one and definitely positive, but I don't know how much darker it will get if you see what I mean, so not sure how close ovulation is - what do opk-ers think? Feeling a bit ovulatey, boobs have gone a bit tingly.

MyNameIsSuz · 06/07/2015 21:10

Argh, that totally looks like I'm announcing a bfp, I'm not!!!
