Am I or aren't I?

I started re taking my pill on 13th may but only took about 5 then I stopped (not really sure why). Anyway, after a week of my period stopping I had bleeding. Only a small amount that lasted about a week (maybe less). Now my period is 8 days late. I took a hpt a few days before it was due but was negative. I am having bad cramps like my period and am really bloated and tired. Could I still be pregnant or is it likely to be because I messed around with my pill?

depends on many things including how much sex you had since period. if you're cycles are normally regular it's prob the pill mix-up which is affecting things, but only another hpt will really say for sure, which should be pos if you are pg by now

Thanks. I hadn't taken the pill for about 6 years so I'm a bit confused as to why my periods are so messed up after taking just 5. I've only had sex once since coming off so I'd be surprised if I was pregnant. Nice surprise tho. The only reason I took the pill again was due to heavy periods
