Could I be pregnant?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice. My first baby was conceived with IVF (she's now 2) but I'm wondering if I could've now fallen pregnant naturally. Any words of wisdom would be great.

Day 1 of my cycle was 30th May. I had unprotected sex on 11th June. On Sunday 14th I started to feel a bit queasy, same on Monday, all day Tuesday and have woken up feeling sick again today. I felt sick early on with my first pregnancy. I have also had a couple of incidences of feeling achy/ mild cramps in my abdomen, similar but not 100% the same as menstrual cramps.

Does it sound like I'm pregnant again? I know I need to wait until my next cycle to take a test but I can't help hoping.

Hi mawbray. Exciting times. It's bwcgreat if you've fallen pregnant naturally after your first baby using ivf. Very much have my fingers crossed for you.
Timing wise, although every women's cycle is different, ovulation tends to occurs from day 10-16, depending in cycle length. So you could have ovulated a little early on day 10 around the time you had unprotected sex (even if you ovulated a touch later, soermsperm still lingers around su can fertilise an egg a couple of days after). But to be really honest, day 14 in your cycle is a bit too early to be getting symptoms as the egg is only just beginning implantation. It's not impossible to have symptoms thAt early, and there a chance you could be oregant, just try to not read into this too much as you have a long two week wait ahead of you!

My first official cycle of trying I "spotted" so many symtoms. From frequent urination, to feeling nauseated... I wasn't pregnant.

It could be ovulation nausea, that sometimes happens. It would also explain the timing if you have a regular 28 day cycle (ovulation should be occurring around now).
